I came, bought a glue gun (on Monday-this is important), never used it. I opened it in the morning, but it doesn't work, it doesn't heat. I went to figure it out, they said, "we can't make a refund, it's not our problem anymore, suddenly you broke it." Although they are obliged to issue a refund within 14 days!
