Among the advantages: friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Beautiful interior design of the entire hotel. The room is relatively clean, despite the rather old peeling furniture in places. A warm room
Of the cons: There is no drinking water in the standard room, tea or coffee is not offered. Bed linen, towels are very worn, there is no bathrobe. This is the minimum for any hotel, for rooms of any class

Of the advantages, only the girl at the reception
Minuses:
We took the standard room for 13,000
The room is very dirty, there was a dried cockroach in a glass, photo attached
The bed is terrible, the springs stick out very much, the pillows are like stones
There is an air conditioner in the room, but there is no remote control from it, you open the windows - it's noisy and mosquitoes fly
There is a lot of garbage and dust under the bed (I had to check with a flashlight from my phone, because I don't want to sleep with cockroaches)
We wanted to relax from a long journey, but neither the bed nor the furniture with these dried beetles gave.
In the hotel business, the main thing is to give a person a rest after the road
The bed and its quality are the foundation! Springs and hard pillows are a mockery, not to mention insects and dirt, no matter how much the room costs - the bed and cleanliness should be at a normal level!
I didn't even wash, because 1 - I was no longer sure that the room was clean after other vacationers, 2 - gels were used and dirty from other people
I hope that it will be fixed someday.
