The Armenian fortress of the 11th century was rebuilt many times, the last military use was at the end of the 20th century. Well - preserved walls , trenches . The road to it is unpaved, it is better to drive an SUV. Nearby are the ruins of a church and an ancient Armenian cemetery with khachkars.
