A lovely clean hotel with an ideal location (we walked to all the sights), delicious breakfasts, helpful staff, beautiful views from the window. I recommend.
The hotel matches the descriptions on the booking page. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The room has everything you need, it is clean, the plumbing is in good working order. The location is excellent, 3 minutes to the metro.

This is a modest and cozy hotel.
Nuances:
1) cleaning was daily, but the bed was not changed, but simply made. Although in the end, a replacement was already required.
2) a large bathtub - it was a pleasant surprise, we immediately went to the store for bubble bath.
3) at an early departure for the tour, you could order food with you. But there was a moment when we went on a tour at 7:45 from the hotel, and breakfast starts at 7:30. But in 15 minutes, and everyone has to eat, and go back to the room to get dressed (the month of March) is too stressful. Therefore, this time we ordered breakfast with us, but in the morning the girl at the reception very sarcastically said that she had the right not to give us breakfast, since the delivery of breakfast with her until 7:30. This is partly correct, but it was said in a mocking way. There were no such problems with male administrators, they are extremely polite and courteous.
4) The real problem with washing. Judging by the price list, for example, washing one T-shirt is about 200-250 Russian rubles, socks are 80-90 rubles. That is, washing things for two people was unreasonably expensive. They washed it themselves in the bathroom once, of course, this is a mockery. There is no balcony, things have been drying in the room for almost 2 days. And I just didn't want to do it on vacation.
5) the breakfasts are very good, but out of 9 days we didn't get to the beans only once. Maybe we had early excursions in the days of diversity, and we didn't find something else. Constantly hot beans, beans, beans.
These are useful nuances for future hotel customers, but we liked the hotel anyway. And near the metro and tram stop, convenient!
