An outdated institution. The interior is not cozy. Some kind of depressing former luxury. I won't tell you about the food, I didn't order anything. I was there only for intellectual games. Sometimes raw tablecloths are placed on the table. How can you sit behind them?? Also, in such an area that even if you get into a taxi, you get attacked by some drunks.
