A wonderful guest house. From the balcony there is a magnificent view of the sea. Nice rooms, very comfortable mattresses.Friendly hosts. They will tell you everything, they will help you with everything. The sea is nearby, three minutes walk. A shop, a canteen, a cafe, everything is within walking distance and at the same time, the house stands apart from the noisy street. I recommend. You will not regret your choice. I was very pleased.

We had a rest from 09/19/24. We drove from Belarus and arrived at night, ahead of schedule. We were settled without any problems . The rooms are large , clean , and the furniture is good. The room has its own bathroom, dressing room, refrigerator , air conditioning.The rooms are cleaned and linen is changed after five days.On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with lots of dishes. There are also a lot of household appliances . A beautiful patio overlooking the sea, where we spent our dinners and breakfasts. We also talked with Juliet, a very sweet and sociable woman.Who treated us to honey and told us informative stories about her small but very beautiful country.

The rooms are clean, has a dressing room, a large clean bathroom, air conditioning, TV, wifi. Delicious breakfasts. There is a large kitchen, a washing machine. A large courtyard where you can sit with your family. You can see the sea through the window. Walk to it for 7 minutes with an easy step. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants, shops and other things around. The beach below is clean, there are not very many people, there are always places. A public transport stop is also nearby.

Nice, quiet place. Pleasant hosts. 7 minutes to the sea slowly. An acceptable price tag. There is everything you need. A kitchen where you can cook. Bathroom (toilet and shower) in the room. Air conditioning is also in the room, there is Wi-Fi, a small refrigerator (in our case it was stained, uncritically, but it catches the eye), an ironing board and iron (free by the way), as well as a washing machine, also without payment, the only thing you need to have your own powder. Towels are changed every two days, but many towels have holes, although they are snow-white. Cleaning is also done every two days, but the cleaning is mediocre, it includes filling the toilet with detergent (just pour it) and taking away the trash bag, and bringing a new one (we didn't need to take anything away, we threw it out ourselves).. There was no wet cleaning during the entire stay. The guest house itself is cozy, three-storied, there is a place to sit in the evening (under a canopy), but the audibility is very obvious. If the neighbors are drinking late (a couple of times it was before 2 a.m.), you will hear it in your room, as well as you can hear it if someone is "sick" or watching TV above you. For many, it doesn't matter, but nevertheless. Breakfast is also offered for an additional fee.. You can also book excursions and transfers from them.

We rested here in August 2023. I liked the whole hotel. Everything is clean, well maintained, well renovated in the rooms and in the courtyard. Friendly hostess Juliet. There are all these appliances: iron, TV, air conditioner, kettles in the kitchen, washing machine, microwave and stove. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Everything seems wonderful, but there are nuances.
The house is located on a mountain and to get to the sea you need to go up the stairs, through the railway, past the abandoned and construction sites. As in the whole of Abkhazia, there are constant power and water outages. The voltage in the power supply is low and constantly jumps because of this, the kettle is heated for 15-20 mtn, the microwave also heats the food for 20 minutes and then if other appliances are not turned on. It is difficult to wash in a typewriter, the program gets lost all the time and the machine gives errors. The Internet is very weak, we went looking for where it catches. There are 2 channels on TV without measurements, and then one of them shows a red and blue picture (Russian channels). There were no hangers in the closet. Cleaning is done every 2-3 days, but it was not cleaned well.
Trains run about 6 times a day and you can hear them a lot. It didn't bother us, but it might be important for someone. In general, this is a New Gagra, but taxi drivers, as I noticed, consider it Old. Not everyone wants to go to this hill. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the Ferris wheel if you are not in a hurry. Nearby there are cafes, shops, canteens.
In general, thank you for your hospitality, but I would not come here again.

I had a rest in June with a payment for a single room of 2500 / day.There are not enough words to express gratitude to the team (so to speak), but for me these people have become like a family who took me to their beautiful mini-hotel, on vacation.The room is clean, cleaning every two days (and that's enough!), the dining room is organized and packed with household appliances, necessary utensils (on the ground floor; mini-hotel 3-storey); change of bed linen and towels 1 time in five days; snow-white linen, clean; always hot and cold water without interruption ( if the electric power was turned off not through the fault of the owners, but centrally, then it was due to weather conditions and for a maximum of 15 minutes, 2-3 times in 11 days, this is not critical); the bathroom and shower are clean and in every room.There is a barbecue area.Wi-Fi works flawlessly.It takes 3-4 minutes to walk to the sea.The coast is wonderful, the water in the sea is the purest.The yard is clean, greenery and flowers are everywhere, summer umbrellas are installed and outdoor dining areas are organized.There is a washing machine and an ironing board with an iron (at any time and for free!).You can order breakfasts for 250 rubles, and they are so hearty and voluminous in assortment always that I had enough of this food for the whole day))The room also has a TV, a dressing room, a refrigerator, air conditioning; there you can order a transfer, excursions, in general everything you need for a comfortable stay without problems!I didn't see any flaws, everything is decent.The hostess Oksana and her family are the most hospitable people.The vacation was a success, the mood is wonderful.I decided to come back to the same place more than once!With great gratitude and respect, Svetlana. A quiet and peaceful place, an acceptable price tag, 10 minutes leisurely walk to the sea, the owners are delicate, no one bothered us at all during the rest, on the contrary, they tried to help with renting a car and instantly responded to all requests. The rooms are pleasant, fresh linen is provided every two days when cleaning the room, the room itself is at the level of a good hotel with a pleasant renovation and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We will recommend it and come back here again.

I do not recommend this mini-hotel! There is black mold in all rooms and bathrooms, they were settled in a dirty room, the rooms were never cleaned during the entire stay, the refrigerator in the room was dirty and in some kind of sludge. In rural areas, water flows everywhere and it is always damp, after talking with neighbors, we found out that everyone is like that. There is a railway near the hotel. In the rooms, you can hear everything that happens around the building, you can hear the neighbors bathing. When the toilet stopped flushing, the hostess told us to see for ourselves what was broken there, we bought toilet paper and garbage bags ourselves. The attitude towards visitors in this mini-hotel is, to put it mildly, bad.
Of the advantages: the sea is really not far away, but when you come to the beach you need to go to the right for another 50 meters, because on the left there are drains and it stinks very much, and in a straight line there are breakwaters and metal, very sharp pins. Naturally, the owners of the hotel do not say anything about this, in principle, they practically do not talk to you at all.

We lived in a room on the ground floor. The room is not cleaned at the time of arrival. It's very damp! There's mold on the walls.
Mattresses are bad (metal rods rest against the back).
The hostess (or the manager) was outraged that we were not going to stay more than 1 night.
I gave out 2 duvet covers for a family of 4 people. At first, I did not want to give more with the words "Because of one night so much laundry to get dirty."
The room price is 3500 per night!

We had a rest in Benia from July 4 to July 14, 2019. We liked everything. A super safe place, we didn't even expect it because we went to Abkhazia for the first time and read a lot of horror stories on the Internet, all this is nonsense! Very clean on site and in the rooms. Mistresses Oksana and Juliet, thank you very much! they are not intrusive, patient, and always ready to help in everything, starting from organizing a barbecue and ending with organizing tour trips, and not standard ones, but such as you would like to see them. Juliet, the hostess! she will always treat you to tea and wine and the tastiest compote, she will always feed you deliciously at your request, that you ask her to cook everything that is in her power, without whimsy. It takes 5 minutes to get to the sea without hurrying at most. There are cameras everywhere on the territory, all cafes and shops are a 2.3-minute walk away! Everything is very close. The trains that they write about were not noticed at all, since they probably pass 2 times a day.
