I would like to express my deep gratitude to the BYD car dealership for the excellent service and pleasant impressions! From the very beginning, everything went at the highest level — we were treated to delicious coffee, while the manager talked in detail about the car, answered all questions calmly and clearly. Then there was a test drive, after which I immediately decided to sign a contract. I was very pleased that the loan can be issued directly at the dealership — quickly and conveniently, without unnecessary bureaucracy. And when it was time to pick up the car, a pleasant surprise awaited me — a gift in the form of flowers! Thank you very much to the whole team for their care and professionalism. I recommend it!

Initially, my score was 4, but I changed my mind just a couple of days ago when I had a problem updating BYD Chazor. I ran back and forth for almost a month to get an update, but instead of actually doing my job, I only got excuses from the Service staff in return. Please hire those who can really be responsible for what they promise, or teach existing employees (some) this!! Disappointed with this car dealership!
