When there are discounts, you can buy profitably. The rest of the time, prices are often quite high, especially for goods that are supposed to be cheaper. For example, if you take a mouse, the cheapest one may raise questions about both quality and price.
But a great service center. I bought the headphones and they were returned without any problems, without any unnecessary conversations at all, although I expected the classic “we don't owe anything" story. Everything went perfectly and quietly.
The pick-up point is comfortable, everything is processed quickly. There are different sellers — some are friendly and polite, but about half look tired of life and don't really want to communicate.
In general, it's standard, with pros and cons.

It's amazing where this place gets such a high rating — it feels like it was accidentally transported from the past and stayed here. Perhaps it would really be more comfortable for him to stay there.
The service center is the face of the company, after all. And if it raises questions, then the impression of the whole company is appropriate. One small purchase and one visit to the service turned out to be quite enough to understand that I don't want to repeat the experience.
Perhaps, nowadays it is worth starting by reading negative reviews — they most often reflect reality. And the positive ones... well, let's leave it on the conscience of those who write them.
