Cleanliness, friendly and caring host, magnificent views of Staraya Gagra Bay from the 3rd floor balcony, and the abandoned atmospheric Gothic-style villa of Princess Oreshkina below the hotel. The hotel on the mountain. It takes 5-7 minutes to climb up the steep enough steps from the embankment. During the season, you can use the elevator of the neighboring pension "Kolkhida". Close to all major attractions. During my stay, there was always light and water. There are no complaints about the number at all. There is a separate kitchen-dining room. The hotel is small, located, in my opinion, in the most successful and prestigious place of Staraya Gagra. A taxi was called by downloading the local A-taxi app. You can also order Whatsapp delivery from several cafes in Novaya Gagra. Thanks to host Nikolai for a wonderful rest and video therapy!

This is just a magical view mini-hotel. It is located in Staraya Gagra. We had a rest in October 2023. We had a mini standard room, it is located on the lowest floor. It cost 3500 back then. Each room has a separate entrance. The rooms offer an incredible, stunning view of the sea. The hotel has a shared kitchen with gorgeous panoramic windows overlooking the sea. There are all the appliances and dishes, we cooked our own breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is located on a mountain, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just a paradise for lovers of secluded holidays. There were a couple of nuances, but it wasn't critical for us. There is no generator in the hotel, and there are power outages in Abkhazia. For the last 3 years, we have lived without electricity, without Wi-Fi and without hot water. But there is always a way out: you can take candles and have a romantic dinner, you can also wash with cold water, especially when it's hot outside, and you can connect to Wi-Fi at the Kolkhida boarding house, sometimes even in the room. Overall, it was a wonderful, unforgettable vacation. Thank you, White Garden! We would have returned again, but in the 2024 and 2025 seasons, the price was raised too much.

Some kind of strange attitude towards the guests. This is exactly our opinion, I don't know how it was with others. We waited 20 minutes at check-in, tired from the road. There is zero respect. Neither hello, nor goodbye. He's never there, he goes home. He doesn't keep track of the laundry, it seems to be paid. BUT they erase everything as they want)))) We always paid, but it was a shame to see someone doing laundry for nothing and it was not controlled in any way. One day we put the laundry on, we come to pick it up, the door is closed, there is no key. We spent 30 minutes trying to figure out where the key was and pick up our things. Upon departure, again, the receptionist just (without saying hello!) He asks from the doorway whether we will leave soon or not. Although the time of departure was not yet. We just left and that's it, no one said goodbye to us, asked if we liked our stay at their hotel or not, nothing. This is the first time we have seen this. The second disadvantage is the Internet, there was practically no Internet in our room. It's not convenient, but it's tolerable. Sometimes it downloads something, sometimes it didn't even connect at all.

One of the advantages is the gorgeous view from the direct room. Friendly staff, always ready to help! There is a kitchen, you can cook breakfast. The room itself in the photo is much larger and more spacious than in reality. In fact, it is very small and cramped. Rooms of the same category differ from each other. Some have an additional window, while others do not. There is fungus and mold in the rooms, repairs, furniture and plumbing have already been used. In early October, we were attacked by bedbugs ... we climbed into all the cracks, no one warned about it. There are no bedbugs in other cities of Abkhazia. If you are without a car, get ready to break your legs over mountains, bad roads and pitch darkness after 5 pm. The road is extremely inconvenient, the hotel is on a mountain. You will climb through the windfall of abandoned buildings or go down / up a broken dark road for a very long time, fearing local drivers.

It's just an amazing place: I've been flying to the south since I was a child, and it always seemed to me that nothing would surprise me, but when I saw this hotel, I immediately booked a room and took tickets for the middle of April. and when I returned home, a couple of days later I booked a room for the end of September. I just love this place, I've never seen the horizon line so high. during my stay, I never watched TV, because there were more interesting movies from the balcony. it is very quiet, despite the fact that the lights are turned off in Abkhazia for periods, there is an additional generator here, and I have never had any difficulties with WiFi, which allowed me to work calmly. there is a laundry room with a ironing board, a kitchen (I did not use it, we ate at the Villa Aquavisi). Nikolai is a wonderful and hospitable host. We will be happy to come here again💙

The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing that is difficult to get to it is along the path through the ancient castle, but this is not critical. We just returned from Gagra. I am in a hurry to write a review, because I want to share my deep satisfaction from my time at the Bely Sad Hotel. All the photos of the hotel are real. I was fascinated by the stone steps at the entrance to the hotel. The view from our family room was direct to the sea. The beauty is indescribable! Morning coffee on the balcony is a boost of energy for the whole day! However, you can't sit for a long time, the sun was hot and it was half a day to go to the sea. Some kind of canopy or umbrella would be nice. But in the evening it was a complete relaxation! The room is in good condition. There was a large closet in our room, and there were a lot of hangers in it. There were a few shelves for laundry, but this is not critical at all. The bathroom is just huge! Everything is clean, everything is in good condition. Towels in incredibly superior quantities))), we got confused in them. They change the polluted ones every day! Wet cleaning of the room every day. Monica tried to come when we weren't there. The location of the hotel is, of course, high. The journey to the sea, taking into account the use of the elevator, took 11 minutes. The way back is 14 minutes. For me, a 48-year-old woman who visits the gym once or twice a week, walks 5-8 km every day and still has 5-6 kg of excess weight, it was not critical. If you smoke a lot and lead a sedentary lifestyle, you should not choose this hotel. But you can go to the sea by car, as my husband did)). A grocery store is nearby with everything you need and the prices are reasonable. Special thanks to the maid Monica, she is a great worker! There are a lot of dishes in the kitchen, everything you need is available. It's nice that tea, coffee, and sugar are always in common use. There is a canteen "Gagra" nearby. But personally, I didn't like the way they cook. That's just my opinion. My men didn't complain. Of the disadvantages, someone wrote before me that there is no towel rail. I agree. It's not enough when it's raining outside. And so towels were taken out to dry on the balcony every day. And in the bathroom, add some kind of shelf for our women's things (creams, etc.) There was a box under the sink, but it is small and not so convenient. That's basically it. I will say that I would love to return to this hotel, but, as the advertisement says, there are still many interesting places in the world. And for those who will read the review, I definitely recommend this hotel! If you draw a conditional line, it is located directly opposite the beautiful embankment, where in the evenings live music sounds in the cafe "Boom" right on the street and you can dance! And on the beach there are brand-new changing cabins, showers and taps for rinsing feet after a sandy beach. Abkhazia is changing, surprising and pleasing! And, by the way, the passage of the border was pleasantly pleased with its speed!

At the beginning of the summer, we had a vacation in Abkhazia. We chose your hotel and said thank you to ourselves a thousand times for this choice. Well, it's simple and words cannot convey how magical it is to wake up to the singing of birds, go out on a sunlit balcony and see the sea, an ancient castle and cypresses! Yes, you can give everything for this view! The hotel itself is very cozy. Spacious rooms (we changed two), modern interior, and what cleanliness is all around! I am a very fastidious person in this regard, I always feel dirty everywhere, it stinks everywhere, but NOT HERE!!!! My compliments to Monica and everyone involved, because the hotel is kept PERFECTLY clean! Territory, rooms, kitchen. By the way, the kitchen! This is not just a kitchen, it is a pleasant place with panoramic windows, gorgeous views, beautiful dishes and soft comfortable chairs. Tea and coffee for you. Everything is very aesthetically pleasing. In every detail, you can feel the care for the vacationers. Very spacious! It's nice to cook in such a place!) There are shops with everything you need near the hotel. Also in the neighboring hotel (five minutes walk) there is a restaurant where amazing breakfasts are served and, in general, very tasty, homemade and not expensive. The road to the sea, slowly, takes 10 minutes. You will need to climb back up a very picturesque staircase through the castle. By the way, this became a separate feature of our vacation, because firstly, we quickly got used to climbing stairs, and secondly, it helped us not to bring extra pounds home. We immediately appreciated it at home. The place is very secluded. There is no constant movement of tourists, except for those who come to the castle!)) Quiet, calm and incredibly beautiful 😍 I envy those who are just about to get acquainted with the White Garden! Many thanks to Elena, Anna and Monica, we dream of coming back to you again!

The view from the room is really very charming. Pleasant hosts who are always in touch with any problem. The room was cleaned every day. Of the minuses, of course, everything is individual, but it is far from the sea. The descent is even more or less OK, but if you return from the sea, it was simply unrealistic. The elevator with which you could get to the sea often broke down and, accordingly, you had to walk. In the heat, in such a stuffy atmosphere, it is very difficult. There was no heated towel rail in the room, everything was painfully dried in half on the balcony. Therefore, if for a beautiful view, yes. Also, there were ants in the room.

We stayed at the hotel for one (sorry, just one) night in early January. The room is very clean, snow-white linen and towels, it was very warm, the air conditioner was turned off at night. Good sound insulation, the neighbors were not heard, although they were)). There is a kitchen, but we did not use it, we only took glasses there for a romantic dinner. Because the view is like this from the room, just fire! The car was parked a little above the hotel, literally 50 meters, a large playground. There is a beautiful old building next to the hotel.

We rested in the White Garden at the end of September 2024, I would call it a guest house, not a hotel. There is no reception, there is no safe in the rooms, there is not enough furniture, there is no breakfast. Of the advantages, there is a beautiful view from the window, the room is clean, there is a kitchen for those who want to cook themselves, responsive staff, but there is no desire to return there anymore. Stunning view from the window, cozy modern room with new furniture. Upon check-in, there was a bottle of drinking water in the room. The room was cleaned. The only location: abandoned buildings nearby (for some it will be a plus, but it's scary to walk around at night). Despite the steps, it was close to the sea, there were few people on the beach and a stunning view of the mountains while swimming. Well, it will take a lot to get ready, but it's worth it. A hotel from the heart and for the soul 🍓 I found this hotel in the vastness of the social network.networks. And I was very pleased with him. Firstly, it is located on the top in the very center of Staraya Gagra. Secondly, he is exactly like in the photo. Everything is green, the passage from the hotel to the sea passes through the old castle. And I'll tell you, it's very fascinating. The rooms are clean. They are cleaned every day. Imagine while we are resting, cleaning the room every day. The bed linen and towels are just snow-white (and this is no joke) There is a kettle and a bottle of still water in the room. In the bathroom, shower gel, liquid hand soap. And cleanliness🥰 There is also a refrigerator and a small dressing room with hangers. A big TV and a conder. There is also a washing machine and an iron. They will be provided to you upon request if required. The scenery from the room simply defies description. They're gorgeous. There is also a detached building called the Kitchen. This kitchen has EVERYTHING for life. 6 days in this hotel were like in paradise. I'm happy🔥 I would like to express my deep gratitude to the head of this hotel. And the people I loved with all my heart. The reaction of these lovely people to requests was just lightning fast. They treat people like family. Zina, Nikolai, Monica, I bow low to you and thank you for these best 6 days If they ask me where I will stay in Gagra?! The answer will only be: "White Garden" I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

The guest house is located in a very picturesque place, right next to the Colonnade, 200 steps down the stairs. All the iconic places of Gagra are within walking distance. The room is neat, fresh, with stained glass windows, a large balcony and a gorgeous view from it. There is a kettle in the room, dishes that you need additionally - they will provide, a mini fridge, air conditioning, good Wi-Fi!!!, a new bed, slippers, there were 2 bottles of water (very nice). Responsive manager, cleaning was done 2 times in 7 days. In my opinion, it is a place for active and young guests to relax, it will be difficult to get to the sea with children, but they say there is a shuttle service and an elevator in a nearby hotel during the season. We were a couple in April, only good impressions remained from the White Garden and recreation!

A great hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are clean. If it's not difficult for you to climb 200 steps after the elevator, it feels like the 10th floor. We really like to relax in staraya Gagra. And it wasn't a problem for us. But there is no noise from cars and complete unity with nature. We rented two rooms for two days. Unfortunately, there was mold on the ceiling in the second room, and it was uncomfortable. 2 days were transferred normally, but if it had been a week, then the rest of milking me would have been spoiled. Great view from the room, the room itself is decent, the hotel has a shared kitchen with sea views and all necessary utensils, very nice hotel owners who helped us during our stay. Nikolai even took our suitcases to us and loaded them into a taxi when we left. Of the minuses: in the off-season it is very humid in Gagra, and of the heating devices there is only an electronic heated towel rail or underfloor heating in the bathroom (depending on the room). Periodically, I had to turn on the air conditioner for heating to dry the air, and the heated towel rail was not turned off. Corny hand towels could not dry out in a day otherwise.

We rented several rooms!This is a complete reboot... privacy, silence, stunning nature, castles and centuries-old thuja all around!The views are amazing!You can sit on the terrace for hours.In general, a complete delight.There is a huge communal kitchen.All necessary utensils and kitchen utensils,coffee,tea,panoramic Windows, incredibly cozy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.Everything is clean and new everywhere! The room has hotel bed linen and insanely comfortable beds, split system, hairdryer, slippers and much more.It feels like you are relaxing in a 5* hotel, only surrounded by pristine nature!Very cool and unobtrusive staff.One call and everything is solved instantly.We were in a car.There is a parking lot.Gagripsh and Abaata restaurants are within walking distance (I highly recommend it!).If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle and reboot, spend time with your family or friends, get away from the daily hustle, then you are definitely here.We will definitely come back again.Everything is done here with a soul.️ This is definitely our place of power now! We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights-almost fully met expectations. They respond to requests quickly-they try to solve the problems that arise. In the extra place (euro cot)-there was a very uncomfortable mattress-the next day they gave another one. There is a shared kitchen-not used, but it looks very nice. Our stay at the White Garden Hotel lasted 10 days and all these days we were happy with the hotel and the place. New, beautiful. Good hosts, comfortable rooms. Everything was on top. Literally and figuratively. The hotel is on the mountain. This means that fitness will be regardless of your desire (except if you are in your car). Attention! It will not be comfortable to climb the mountain with young children. The kitchen at the hotel is a big PLUS! The beach is wide and sparsely populated and this is also a PLUS of this place. Recommended by our family.
