Misinformation about the bonus program/card. I work with one day off a week, I have allocated time to visit the Belvest store in the Dana Mall shopping center. Before the visit, I communicated online with the operator so that in the future I would not waste time on a stupid visit to the store. I wanted to purchase a customer card. The operator, as well as on the website it says: you can get it with ANY purchase at the store's checkout. In fact, the seller replied to my request: only when buying shoes is a card issued. And to my clarifications, whether there is a mistake in this, because previously these nuances were clarified by the operator, I was answered by repeating the phrase about shoes.
Time is spent, money is spent, the mood is ruined completely, but I wanted to make myself a birthday present.
