In September 2024, we went on a bus tour to Greece with the Beltourism Europe travel agency. We had a rest in Paralia, the weather is excellent, the sea is within walking distance from the hotel, the rooms are well renovated, the staff is polite, the breakfasts, however, are of the same type. On the way, as usual, we visited a couple of cities, and during our vacation we also went on various excursions, especially the Meteors. Special thanks to the guide Andrey, everything is on the case. Let's go with you again!

My husband and I went on a bus tour with a vacation in Greece from the Beltourism Europe travel company from 08.21 to 1.09 in 2023. Overall, I really enjoyed the trip. The transit hotels and accommodation in Paralia were of a good standard, and the Meteora Island Skiathos excursions were impressive. Our beloved Budapest surprised us with a festive atmosphere. All tours were conducted by professional guides. I would especially like to mention the work of Andrey's escort and the crew of professional drivers Sergey and Victor. Many thanks to all the employees of Beltourism Europe for a wonderful holiday.

We went on an Italy + Greece tour in July 2024! Everything is at the highest level, starting with a good escort, Annette, a comfortable bus with excellent drivers and comfortable hotels! Every city, place, and excursions were wonderful and interesting! We will definitely contact this company! This year we booked a tour to Portugal with them, and the parents were sent to Italy + Greece!

I used the company's services twice – I was on a Greece-Italy tour from 08/31 to 09/14/2024 and on a tour to Greece from 09/14 to 09/15/2023. The second time, the choice was made in favor of Beltourism, as the price/quality ratio of a stay at The Silk Hotel in Paralia in Greece in 2023 was satisfied, as well as various local excursions to Meteora, Olympus, etc., which cannot be said about the organizational aspects during the trip itself, since Olga Dedkova was accompanying, about the tour with which in August 2024 there are numerous reviews here ((( Fortunately, we were much more lucky than the participants of the specified tour. However, I took a chance, and in early September 2024 I went to Greece with an excursion tour of Italy and, in the end, I did not regret it. Everything turned out as well as possible – good organization of border crossing, excellent drivers and accompanying Aneta, who told and explained everything as much as possible and tried to meet the sometimes radically opposite desires of the band members. And of course, a wonderful excursion program! Of course, there were some minor roughnesses, which is essential for such long trips. Well, the moves were exhausting, and you need to be prepared for this when going on tours with such a rich program. This year, I plan to purchase a tour from Beltourism once again. I plan to write about my impressions in a review, hopefully positive)).

Just returned from a tour to Italy (03/22/2025) I would like to note right away that everyone, without exception, got a lot of impressions from this trip. There is really something to see and learn a lot from the guides. Not only the architecture is impressive, but also the color of the country. I would also like to mention the road itself.: 1. Everyone should be prepared for the fact that they will have to travel for a very long time, even with stops. 2. Sanitary stops were quite frequent, every 2-3 hours. We stopped most often at gas stations where we could buy tea/coffee and stuff. Time was limited, of course, but it was enough. 3. Included many films: comedies, melodramas, historical, etc. Before entering a city, introductory videos were included with it: places to visit , locations for beautiful photos, the history of the city, prices for almost everything, interesting facts about the city. 4. Thanks to the drivers Victor and Andrey, and the organization of our tourists, we have never been behind schedule. Which is also a plus) We (were traveling with my daughter) were not very lucky with seats on the bus (back seats on the couch), as it turned out, it was possible to buy seats on the bus for 10 € per person, but, unfortunately, we already found out from those who took advantage of this opportunity. There were 5 seats in the back, besides the two of us there were two women, there was critically little space, especially when the people in front were laying out chairs. We kindly ask the organization to put no more than 3 people there. We had 2 hotels in total (in Poland and Italy) The Polish hotel "DIAMENT" is super comfortable, clean rooms with all amenities, even an electric kettle and cutlery. There was only soap from hygiene products , there were no disposable shampoos , gels , etc . Breakfast is a buffet. There are both hot and cold dishes, as well as various cereals, fresh vegetables, lots of cheeses and ham. Everyone will find something to their liking. But also, of course, the cons : This is the whole Attico Hotel in Italy. The conditions are unbearable. After a certain time, the heating turns off (turned off at night) as we found out later, some of them didn't have it at all, it was insanely cold in the morning. Those who lived on the 2nd floor were a little more lucky than the rest. There was no hot water on the 3rd floor. After such a journey, some could not take a shower, they had to get up at 4-5 in the morning to wash themselves while there was hot water. WIFI in the rooms is weak, only on the 1st floor it works well. Not everyone had a refrigerator in their rooms, and those who did could not use it because there were no Euro sockets and the plug did not fit into the socket. 🤷♂️ But there is also a plus: a delicious breakfast. There is also a buffet, fresh croissants, tea/coffee/juice, etc. Well, the beautiful view from the window) that's the end of the pros. In my opinion, it's better to pay a little extra for a higher-level hotel so that people have at least HUMAN conditions. If you are not afraid of fatigue and like an intense vacation, this tour is for you. Basically, we liked everything, we were very lucky with the accompanying Alexander, so the disadvantages that appeared were quickly eliminated) 100% we will go somewhere else from this travel agency.

We went on the "All of Scandinavia * Fjords" tour with Beltourism Europe in April. The tour itself was well thought out, there was enough time to explore cities such as Riga, Tallinn, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen. I don't think anyone expected to take leisurely walks around the cities, they tried to cover more of the sights and locations of the city. I was on the fjord almost all day, someone used it for hiking, someone for a boat trip and a trip to the mountains by train. Of course, the road to the fjords, the beauty and grandeur of nature on the fjords themselves are impressive. And for the sake of this, you can withstand two night trips. All the hotels were of a good standard, except for the hotel in Poland on the last night of the tour. I don't know if this hotel was booked to save money or because there were no places in the other hotels. We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 a.m. and it turned out that the bus would remain in the parking lot near the hotel - it had run out of time allowed for movement, some of the tourists were accommodated in this hotel, and the rest had to be settled in two hotels, the owners of the hotels were engaged in the transfer of tourists in their cars. As a result, I had to wait about 30 minutes until I was taken to the hotel. For breakfast, respectively, those from other hotels were brought to the hotel, near which there was a bus. And for the last batch of tourists, there was nothing left for breakfast but bread and coffee. The organizers need to think about this point again and abandon this hotel in favor of another one. The biggest disappointment on the tour was the guide Marina, that man is definitely out of place. She assessed her own role in the tour as responsible for the execution of the schedule in the tour, i.e. her main task, in her opinion, is that we would have time everywhere, but the rest she said: "I'm not your mom." She gave information on paid excursions right away and started the questionnaire right away. Otherwise, there is no information: which country we are passing through, some facts about this country, when there will be a sanitary stop, so that people would understand whether to drink water on the bus or not, if they passed the toilet, then take the microphone and voice the reason why they did not stop and when the next stop is expected. Where are the nearest toilets in the city from the bus parking spot. Whether there will be an opportunity to buy a snack at the bus stop. In the early days, we just had to pull out all the information, write to the general chat, write in private messages, we drove like "cats in a bag" until people simply began to speak out, only then did at least some information and plans for the day and the next day begin to appear. There was a feeling that we tourists were superfluous on this tour, with the exception of Marina's friends on the tour, with whom there was always a "glass full". On the way back, Marina said that we would stop for a snack in Pajera and go to the border. We skipped past Padger without further ado, but why say anything if Marina is driving? As a result, parents who planned to feed hot teenage children in Pajera saw Pajera only briefly through the window and came to the border with hungry children. To the border!, where only God knows how long we will stand. Marina forgot that there could be tourists on the tour who went on a bus tour for the first time, and they do not have Internet and 24/7 communication in a foreign country, because there is no marker on the Beltourism Europe website for this tour "The tour is not for beginners. The guide is not your mom." This is the first time I've seen such a guide, and I can say for sure that if I were on a bus tour for the first time, the tour would be irretrievably ruined. I read reviews about Beltourism Europe, people went on other tours and wrote mostly positive reviews about their guides. I do not know if it is possible to specify who the guide will be at the booking stage. If the managers have such information, please check this information before applying.

Thank you for the tour and I will be glad to use your services again.

In June 2024, we traveled with our daughter to tour Spain via Paris. It's been 7 months, and the memories of the trip are heartwarming. Thanks to the entire Beltourism team, Irina's accompanying team, and the experienced drivers. A wonderful tour with an amazing selection of cities. Paris - great weather, interesting tour, sparkling under the shimmer of the Eiffel Tower (there was sooo much time), take warm clothes, because the bus will pick you up by the dead of the night. Venice- once again, the whole day is dedicated to this city, walk slowly along all the streets, take a look at a cafe overlooking the water (we found one) and slowly try pasta or pizza. Spain - we took the offered breakfasts and dinners at a nearby hotel, and were satisfied, the food was varied, delicious, and even with chilled wine for dinner. We took a beach umbrella with us and he saved us on the beach, renting an umbrella and a chaise longue for 7 euros per unit. The rooms are neat, cleaned every day, nothing is missing. The staff is responsible and friendly. In general, it's a complete delight - Vienna, Venice, Nice, Monaco... in our hearts. You can endlessly talk about the trip, our recommendation is from the bottom of your heart. Yes, there were some moments such as a long wait at the border, maybe something else for small things, but this did not affect our mood in any way. We are waiting for the summer, and we are planning a new trip to Greece with Beltourism. Thank you, to say that you were satisfied is an understatement.

We went on a bus tour to Greece with the Beltourism Europe travel company from 08/26 to 09/07/2024. On the way there were excursions to Krakow, Banska Bystrica, Novi Sad, Eger. On vacation, we took additional excursions to Meteora, Thessaloniki, waterfalls + thermal springs. I liked everything very much. The bus on the trip was a Mercedes, old but comfortable. There were no problems on the way. The borders went back and forth quickly. The transit hotels and the hotel accommodation in Paralia were of a good standard. The sea is great. The town of Paralia itself is cozy, there are many shops, cafes, restaurants, you will not stay hungry). I would especially like to mention the work of Andrey's escort and the drivers. Only positive impressions remained. Many thanks to Andrey for organizing the tour, everything was great. Thanks to Beltourism Europe for a wonderful vacation.

We traveled to Paris with Irina. My husband and I liked everything! Yes, there were different nuances, but let's be honest, we want to buy a cheap tour and get luxury from it - it doesn't work that way! Therefore, I must say that Irina gave her best 100% and helped everyone with any question. The program is very intense, and if someone has not calculated their pace, then this is a personal problem for everyone. You don't have to take all the tours. You need to evaluate your physical abilities. Thank you for the trip!

Traveled with Beltourism Europe on a Christmas Paris tour in December 2024. Thanks to the excellent organization of the trip (starting from crossing the border) and the attentive guide Irina u I have unforgettable impressions about the countries and cities of this tour. An excellent selection of additional excursions was provided for tourists . It was comfortable for us to make this long journey through the countries of Europe when we had such a sensitive and patient guide with us. The program included educational excursions with interesting guides, and accommodation was provided in good hotels. I liked that during our trip, Irina, the guide, tirelessly explained all the nuances of the route and constantly repeated the information. We didn't have enough time, but it's understandable: we visited 5 countries in 7 days. But we felt the Christmas mood and had a great end to the year. We hope to travel with you next year. Prosperity and success of the company!

I went on a trip with the Beltourism Europe tour operator, and I can say that it was incredible! In August 2024, I visited Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels and Cologne, and was delighted. The tour of Amsterdam was a real discovery. I would especially like to mention the guides in each city — they were just great! I especially remember the tour guide in Amsterdam: his knowledge and ability to captivate made the tour unforgettable. Overall, the trip left only positive memories, and I am happy to recommend Beltourism Europe to anyone who plans to travel around Europe!

Larisa Kulbitskaya I have used the services of Beltourism company several times for traveling. The trips to Italy and Hungary turned out to be very pleasant. First, a good travel organization thanks to which I was able to visit The Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna. Secondly, the excellent work of Alexander's guide, a friendly young man who is always ready to help and with whom it was easy and simple to solve any issues. I signed up for a tour to France this year.

Thank you so much for the tour to Europe! It was great!!! Everything is at the highest level! The drivers are just pilots, they maneuvered so steeply among the narrow streets, rolled along the route so easily, it was very comfortable, calm and safe to drive, despite thousands of kilometers of road in one breath! Our guide Olga is simply magical! The whole bus idolized her the whole route! She did everything so clearly and professionally, she always kept everything under control, was responsible for every nuance! Special thanks for the current movies and music that made it even easier to go! Excellent excursions, excellent accompaniment, the points of disembarkation and boarding the bus are clearly indicated in each city, which made it 100% easier to take some of your walks in your free time! 5 countries, 8 cities, a million gorgeous photos, new emotions and vivid impressions! Thank you so much for this summer trip!!!

We went on a tour in Spain via Amsterdam in September and were satisfied. Excellent content of the tour with interesting cities, each is given free time. There is also an opportunity to visit additional excursions to other cities nearby. The time on the trip was very well distributed with optimal allocation of time for the main tour and free time, we always arrived in the cities on time when everything was open. We quickly crossed the border in both directions, there were good transit hotels, excellent guides in the cities. I would also like to thank the guide Natalia, who accompanied us during the entire trip, wisely managed time and gave good recommendations on what is worth visiting or trying in a particular country and city; drivers for high-quality and comfortable driving and manager Oksana for help and competent advice on all issues at any stage. Excellent services for a good price!

A wonderful journey through the countries of Scandinavia. We went to Greece with Beltourism last year, we really liked it. And this year we picked up an interesting tour of the northern capitals and the divine fjords. The whole tour was very informative and very eventful. Thanks in large part to Natalia's guide. She gave us a lot of interesting facts about the cities visited. And what I really liked was that before visiting a certain city, we watched a program on the bus about the sights that we would see. For example, Heads and Tails. I really liked all the cities where we were. Well, the fjords are amazing. What kind of air is there! The guides as a whole also coped well with their work, they conducted sightseeing tours in an interesting way. I can't even say what I liked more. Each of the cities is good and beautiful in its own way. I enjoyed sailing on the Baltic waves on a cruise ship. There were a lot of different kinds of entertainment there. So we were very pleased with our trip. Well, I would like to say a big thank you, Beltourism, for organizing such a tour! Prosperity to you and good luck!

Thank you very much for the Spain tour through Paris.we were in September 2024. the tour is very eventful and everything is organized very well. The accompanying Irina is a professional in her field.I solved all issues with any tourist in a competent and timely manner and without conflicts.the drivers are great, thank you very much.the bus is new, clean, and tidy.maybe the seats are a little uncomfortable, but there was enough space. We passed the border very well.no queues and no conflicts.transit hotels, except for the hotel "By the pine tree" in Poland, are decent.I really liked the hotel in Italy and on the way back to Poland.I would recommend changing the hotel "At the pine Tree" to a travel agency, because it is cold, damp, and unkempt.the hotel in Spain did not leave any impressions.I had a room with a balcony, but I feel sorry for people who don't have a balcony.where to dry a swimsuit, towels and other things.and even more so when they put three people in a room. there is a lack of cleanliness in the hotel.although the room seems to be cleaned every day.the doors in my closet opened with difficulty and also closed with difficulty, the handle on the doors was broken off, and hung on one screw.of course, I would like the owners of the hotel to do their best and put the rooms in order.there are no questions about excursions. There was plenty of free time.except for excursions to Nice and Monaco.I would probably change the guide there, and of course give more free time.at least 1 hour to Nice and 1 hour to Monaco.such beautiful cities, and we haven't even really seen them.these are my disadvantages, but they are quite insignificant compared to the emotions, knowledge and delight I received.thank you Belturist for such tours and for your team.well, there are always dissatisfied people, there were and there will be.I just always want to tell such people why you spend your money, stay at home and drink and don't spoil the mood of others. The tour was a 100 percent success. This is the second year I have been traveling with belturist Polska and I get great pleasure from your tours.Thank you for your hard work

We went on a tour of Spain through Paris for 14 days in June 2024, in general, pleasant impressions, safe driving, a very positive and pleasant guide Irina, all issues were resolved quickly, we crossed the border to Europe in 12 hours, and back in 6.5 hours. Things at the border were not carefully checked, so everyone managed to get everything through. There are many additional excursions, costing 10-30€. We saw all the countries and cities according to the program, and even went to Krakow in addition. Everything is fine in transit hotels in Europe, the only thing that spoiled the impression was the hotel in Spain, where we were the longest. Old furniture, heavy air, no triple rooms, the third bed was put in a double room, because of this there were almost no passages in the room at all, a refrigerator and a safe are not included in the price, there is no food, you need to go to a nearby hotel. Therefore, a great wish for the travel agency is to change the hotel. It is better to buy seats on the bus, otherwise you may get seats in the back, it is impossible to sit there, the roads are long, the seats in the back do not unfold. The previous rows lay out the seats to the maximum and it is impossible to even climb into the back seats normally, let alone sit or sleep. Therefore, the back seats should not be given to anyone at all, I think! We also expected that we would have full days in each country. But no, we were not warned. We had only 2 hours in Berlin, 1.5 hours in Nice, 1 hour in Monaco, 1.5 hours in Girona. And during this time, it's hard to even take a photo calmly, let alone see the city (There were more hours in Paris, Venice and Spain. The rest of the cities did not have time to really look at them. A moment with excursions, in Paris, Montmarte, Monaco, everyone is dropped off in one place, those who paid for excursions and those who did not. And as a result, almost everyone who didn't pay went for a paid group for free and watched the same views. The travel agency needs to monitor this more. There were enough stops on the road, movies were included on the bus, the guide gave us the lyrics of a French song, karaoke was sung, there was a column, it was fun👍The third part of the bus was young people and children. The drivers are cheerful, thanks to them for the safety and comfortable road, the air conditioners and usb work well. Very clean beach and water in Lorret De Mar. There is a lot of space, a beautiful youth town. There are small pebbles on the beach, the water sucks in the legs and there is a small cliff to the water. The depth is sharp, there is no gradual entry into the water. The organization of everything was clear, quick check-in to hotels. We had a full 6 days at sea. Two of which went on excursions. Will I go anywhere else with this company? Yes! There are more pros than cons. As a quick acquaintance and country overview, the tour is suitable. Will I go on the same tour to Spain again? No. The second time only on its own, in order to properly explore the cities and book a good hotel in Spain.

I thank the Beltourism tour operator team for the wonderful organization of a trip to Italy in November 2024. I liked everything very much! The only drawback is a cramped Chinese bus with one outlet for charging phones near the back entrance. And although the tour itself was quite difficult (with night crossings and a long border crossing), however, the impressions of the trip were only positive. Special thanks for the professionalism and high-quality work done to the girl managers Oksana and Olga, the accompanying group Alexander and our first-class drivers. I recommend the tour operator, because I'm going on another tour with them in December Czech Republic+Poland (but without night crossings), I hope that everything will go just as well.

A spoiled vacation with Beltourism or a tour for an escort We went on a bus tour of Greece+Italy for 14 days (departure 08/16/24 from Minsk) with Beltourism company. In short, a ruined vacation and the annoyance of how it was possible to get into such a mess, even 3 months after the end of the tour. I think that everything could have happened better if it hadn't been for Olga Dedkova, the company's escort. It was from her suggestion that all the trash on the route was created. But about everything in order. It was not the first time we bought a bus tour (previously we took it from other companies) and as experienced tourists, we did not expect manna from heaven from a budget tour. Usually, fatigue from traveling on the bus is covered by the opportunity to see many beautiful cities on such tours, so they knew what they were going for. The surprises are related only to Olga's critical inability to organize people and negligence in her work. Here is a list of her coolest joints: 1. We were late everywhere. The whole route, we were constantly late for all the obligatory excursions in the cities. Olga did not give time to people at bus stops, there were unplanned stops, late departures from hotels, as a result, all excursions took place at a gallop through Europe with almost complete lack of free time. The cherry on the cake is an excursion to Hallstatt, which was mandatory in the program. We were late for the coolest excursion of the whole trip, because WE ARRIVED IN HALLSTATT AT 22.00, IN A DARK MOUNTAIN VILLAGE!!!! What kind of excursion could already be discussed. It was a shame to the point of tears, because the beauty of Hallstatt is amazing, it is a very picturesque place, and in many ways the tour was bought because of it. 2. WE WERE LEFT ALONE IN AN UNFAMILIAR CITY. Our bus took Olga to the hotel and left us on the streets of Budapest along with 37 other tourists. Olga gave us an hour to visit this city, including an excursion, and all because we were late again. After a sleepless night on a bus with multiple borders (Greece/Bulgaria, Bulgaria/Serbia, Serbia/Hungary) people were given only 1 hour per city. It's not that I want to see the city, but at least I didn't have time to go to the toilet and eat a bowl of soup. Therefore, everyone who needed to go to the toilet and eat (including children) did not have time to meet the Holguin regulations and were left alone in the city. Then we somehow got a bus, which took us to a hotel in the suburbs of Budapest in the dark of the night. 3. Poisoning at the hotel. During a vacation at the sea in the resort of Paralia Katerini in Greece, they lived at the SILK hotel. The hotel is not bad, cleaning and linen change every day, all electrical appliances were given out as needed. But there was one THING – an intestinal infection broke out in the hotel, which overwhelmed about 20 tourists of the group for 1-2 days. At first, there were thoughts that the poisoning was due to stale food in the restaurants of the coast, but when in the morning about 20 people of the group were writhing with the same symptoms in their rooms (vomiting, wild weakness, diarrhea, fever), there was no doubt that all the infection was from the hotel kitchen, where people took breakfast. Olga, as an organizer, showed no interest in the situation from the word at all, as if nothing had happened, did not help in any way to at least apologize to people. Not to mention how to compensate for the lost time of a precious vacation and the mood spoiled in the trash. About other features of the trip. While we were on the bus to Greece back and forth, we were not given any useful and interesting information about the countries we were going to (Olga did not consider herself responsible for this, we were driving like dumb and deaf), they did not turn on the TV (it was broken), the drivers were new and did not know the routes, others Olga, like the director's mother fired him the day before (they couldn't get to mainland Venice for about 1.5 hours, they couldn't find the exit from the interchange, and the drivers didn't have the Internet – tourists turned on their phones and tried to download maps themselves). But we stopped at all the boutiques on the way (Olga gave the drivers a command for this), where she coquettishly chose bags, alcohol and clothes. It is also impossible not to mention that during the night crossing by sea by ferry from Bari (Italy) to Abbess (Greece), Olga gave tourists the wrong mooring time. If the tourists had not checked the information about the time of arrival at the Abbess several times on their own at the ferry reception, they would have left for Crete without their belongings. There were also shoals with centralized purchase and booking of ferry tickets – Olga could not cope here either - one of the tourists did not receive his ticket and solved the issue on his own. The advantages of the trip are its geography, very beautiful cities in southern Italy (Matera, Alberobello), Venice, majestic Budapest, calm sea and cheap seasonal fruits in Paralia Katerini (Greece), very cool tour guide Maria in Bari. People, think many times before going with this company. Considering all the situations described in the review, think about it, are you ready for this on your sweat-and-blood earned vacation? It is clear that these are budget tours at an affordable price, and everyone will buy them. But if you get with Olga from Beltourist, you will spoil your nerves. Perhaps we were really unlucky with an escort and there are good guides in the company, but what is the probability that you will not find yourself in the same situation. Upon returning from the tour, there was only a thought, it's good that we survived and returned at all. P.s. Such situations are common for Belturist, the service agreement is drawn up very competently, the company is ready to complain about them. After the trip, the tourists drew up an act on the poor-quality provision of services. But for all our facts of poor-quality provision of services, there is one formulation that a Beltourist can change the program during the journey at his discretion. And you can't prove anything. This company should be checked by the competent state authorities.

Germany-Paris-Amsterdam tour in January 2025: excellent program and disgusting tour organization. An escort without knowledge of a foreign language, this is important in emergency situations, the bus is not comfortable, people were hot, and in another part of the bus it was cold at the same time due to incorrect heating operation. There is no Wi-Fi, no toilet, no tables in the seats, and no garbage bags were offered either. We stood at the border to Poland for more than a day, although it was initially stipulated that we would cross through Lithuania, where there are 0 buses in the queue. The escort answered any questions about the plans with rudeness and broke down into a scream, untimely information was provided. I don't recommend it

I went on a tour of Scandinavia with Beltourism Europe at the end of May. The tour is just great. In 8 days you can visit many countries and cities (Riga, Tallinn, Stockholm, Oslo, Flom, Copenhagen, Malmo), see diverse nature, use different types of transport (bus, liner from Tallinn to Stockholm, railway on the fjords, water minibuses in Oslo and Copenhagen, boat on the fjords, ferry from Denmark to Germany). Of course, emotions are off the scale from this! I recommend it! But the implementation of the tour leaves much to be desired, especially the escort .... Sanitary stops and meals are not thought out, especially in Latvia and Sweden. We were told that this tour is the first in the last 5 years, but guys, you can't do that. A bus of about 50 people is brought to the gas station with 1 toilet!!!! and they give you 10 minutes!!!! Or messing around a bunch of gas stations, where the doors are closed in front of us ((It's the tour operator's question to think through such moments. Yes, there are 2 night crossings. Not everyone can stand it. But in principle, it is tolerable. And again, the issue of sanitary stops. Before the overnight move, and after it (before visiting the next city), you want to at least wash and brush your teeth, and all the ladies (and there are always most of them) at least change their clothes. But it's not thought out!!! Every time we begged for these stops and this time(((( The bus is not the most convenient, the distance between the seats is small, there is no wi-fi, there is no water for tourists, there is no toilet inside. And before each night crossing, the bus must be defended for 9 hours. During the entire bus ride, we were shown 3 films: Atlas fantasy, Kinkong vs Godzilla and the Sword of the King. The latter talks about Denmark, there are no questions. What determines the choice of the first two is unclear, and most of the pensioners on the bus are unlikely to be interested in such films Hotels: near Oslo, in Malmo – good, in Riga – normal, in Poland – terrible. On the liner: 4-person cabins, very small, like a compartment on a train. Shower, toilet, air conditioning in the cabin – excellent. Excursions. The cost for sightseeing tours is 20 euros. It is not clear why the cost is so high (there were sightseeing tours in Italy in March – 15 euros). At the same time, the headset is not included in the price of excursions ((Riga is a wonderful guide, she conducted everything, told, showed, joked, made a very pleasant impression. Stockholm is a storyteller guide who lulled the bus to sleep with her voice. At the same time, the tour was a bus with several stops. Oslo is a good guide. Copenhagen may be a good guide, but the tour takes 50 minutes, it's sad. When the bus began to protest why there was no tour of Tallinn, Marina offered to conduct it herself, thanks to her for that. We were taken around the city and told a minimal story. At the beginning of the trip, excursions were offered to everyone, including along the Ehresund Bridge (from Sweden to Denmark) for 8 euros per person. Everything is fine, everyone agreed. When asked to tell us about this bridge, the maintainer suggested using Google to search for information. As a result, one of the tourists read the information from Google for the entire bus (Sarah, thank you for that). But the peculiarity is that we drove over this bridge 2 more times, because the hotel was located on the territory of Sweden in Malmo. The point??? We did not take many excursions and walked around the cities on our own, but some tourists were outraged that the time was not thought out, especially in Stockholm, when we were brought to the center at 13-00 and we had to walk until 22-00, museums close at 16-00, shops open until 18-00. Now about the rest of the support. We had a girlfriend, Marina. We have never had a worse escort in our lives. For the first half of the trip, the man refused to talk to people, snapped at every question. You ask a question, they ignore you. I gave the information in a viber chat, while there was no wi-fi on the bus..... There is no organization. Endless accusations from all tourists that everyone is late because of them... The bus stops, there is no information from the attendant why we stopped, how long we will stand, what and where it is. At the same time, the microphone on the bus was working properly, it was simply not used. If you expect that during the trip you will be told something about your country of residence, then do not even count on it. I would also like to note that I had a birthday during the tour. Of course, I did not receive congratulations from representatives of Beltourism Europe in the person of an escort. But why couldn't you say that if you inform the information center on the liner that it's your birthday, then the staff of the liner will congratulate you during the evening program??? It's very insulting(((

The visa processing work is terrible. It feels like money is being paid to us for pulling information out of a company employee, not a company for visa support. Questions should be asked 2-3 times to get an answer. Some questions have not been answered. Until the last day before applying for a visa, there was silence until I myself wrote and asked for information about where to go to apply, how much money to take with me, in what currency, that cash was required, and it also turned out that the company had some of the documents and they could only give them after prepayment.

06.10-12.10.2024 tour "Two days in Paris". Many thanks to the accompanying Irina!!! Endless patience, politeness, knowledge of history, understanding and responsiveness towards each member of a huge (52-54 people of different ages) group arouse respect and admiration! Special thanks to the drivers Dmitry and Sergey: one can only imagine how difficult it was for them in such a busy trip with long journeys and trips to European capitals with traffic jams and driving peculiarities of local residents.... And the endless, opposite in meaning, requests of numerous passengers... Thanks to you, the tour was a success despite all the weather and other adventures!

We went on the "Paris without night crossings" tour in July 2024. I would like to express my gratitude to the company for the well-organized route, in 7 days we visited 5 countries and even more European cities. I would like to single out our guide Olga and note her professionalism and organization, Olga was great at maintaining our mood and helping in any situation. We were sure that Olga would find the best solution out of any situation (and there were many of them: we visited Paris on the eve of the 2024 Olympics, Berlin after the final match of the World Cup). I would also like to express my gratitude to our drivers. They passed where it would seem impossible for a tourist bus to pass. In general, we were completely delighted with the tour, got a lot of emotions and full delight from visiting all the cities! PS We are already planning the next trip in the near future))

The people on the bus were cool and funny, our drivers were attentive on the road, sometimes they made us laugh, and of course the accompanying Olga, thank her, she told us about the places we passed, answered our questions, watched us and tolerated us, thank you! We were able to visit Poland, Germany, Amsterdam, Paris! The hotels were nice and cozy, but I didn't like one hotel in Paris a bit, but it was good in other places! The schedule was tight, but very interesting, I do not regret that I chose beltourism! Thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

So we returned from our tour through Italy with a vacation at the sea in Greece (we started it on 06/8/2024) Overall, everything went well. The tour program is really exciting and leaves behind a lot of impressions. Well, as for the organization of the trip from Beltourism, I will tell you below. But I should immediately note that there were no special claims against the travel agency. One of the advantages. Taking into account the traffic jams at the border, the departure from Minsk was not at night, but in the evening. Which we were warned about in advance. And what is especially pleasant is that a bus was waiting for us at the border, which had already taken a queue more than a day before the trip. We were transferred to it upon arrival at the checkpoint. By the way, the bus was fine too. Although "Chinese", but it was brand new and everything worked in it. Drivers (Ivan Ivanovich and Roman) They also worked great and it was nice to go with them. Special thanks to our accompanying Aneta. In many ways, thanks to her, the tour went well according to plan and, importantly for us, it was very emotional. Aneta — you're doing great! Well, the disadvantages (as without them, alas). We were asked to book a cabin for us on the ferry in advance. We did everything, but it turned out that my wife and I had different cabins). She was put in a cabin with one family of three, and me with another. But nothing, we spent the night once in a new family, the main thing is that we sailed. Sightseeing tours. The guys from Beltourism. You still charge € 20 per tourist for each such walk around the city. And from the bus it is already 1000€. Well, then you should not save on guides and the price of headphones for the tour could be included in these 20€. Well, the guides themselves. In Bari, Venice and Budapest they were just great! Thank them very much for their work. Greece is already worse, but also nothing. But here is your guide to Sofia… It's a quiet horror. He was running away from the group, muttering something to himself in very broken Russian and, most importantly, he did not tell anything interesting at all. But he left behind a few memes for our group: - This intersection is called the crossroads of times in Sofia. - why? - I don't know. - This is the building of the Central Bathhouse of Sofia. - And when was it built? - A long time ago!)) In general, we had a good trip and we plan not to stop there. But we hope that Beltourism listens to the feedback of tourists and eliminates those shortcomings that customers point out to them. Therefore, thank you for the trip, we believe that next time it will be even better! PS. And yes, ask The Silk Hotel in Greece to attach a shower head holder in the bathrooms. So that you don't have to show the wonders of engineering ingenuity, as in one of the photos to my review))

The tour to Paris without night crossings (11.08-18.08) became a real test of endurance. Previously, I went on bus tours to Europe and there is something to compare it with. 1. A "comfortable" bus equipped with... Nothing, in fact. There is no toilet, no sockets, the air conditioner hardly saved from the heat, there was often a condition close to unconsciousness. 2. The organization is at zero. We chose the tour for a good price-service ratio. They paid 50 euros extra for crossing the border, but they passed it for 25 hours (this is despite the fact that they left earlier than agreed, got 4 hours to Brest and 8 hours after the border to the hotel in Poland). Berlin was canceled so that we could keep up with the schedule, but in the end we did not have time anywhere and never, and for this the guide blamed the tourists themselves, they say everything is in our hands and we do not fit because of our sluggishness at stops, and not because the guide Irina cannot gather people. Irina was not responsible for anything at all on this trip, ignored questions, and incited dissatisfied people. 3.The same guide Irina decided that people didn't need the Internet on a trip, so she almost scolded everyone who asked her if we would stop where we could buy a SIM card. The consequence of this was that people were lost in the cities, could not contact her and make up a route, did not know about the blocked bridges from Paris (the guide did not convey this information either), did not know about the delay of the bus, the postponement of meetings and much more. 4.All the excursions, especially the mandatory ones, were compressed to the utmost, but the additional ones, for which they took money from above, were shoved as best they could, apparently just to earn money without caring about quality, even though the money was not small. We arrived in Brussels (20€) at night, at 22:30. Everything was closed, they took us through four streets in half an hour, gave us the opportunity to go to the last shops that were not closed and took us further. Additional excursions in Belgium have been canceled. We saw the city of Valenciennes (20€) at 21:50. A dark, unlit city, with closed shops and cafes, where there were 30 minutes for independent passage. Everyone was just waiting for us to leave, because there's nothing to see there. The city of Cologne (€20) was included in the plan as mandatory, instead of Berlin. Hardly an hour of the tour, during which Irina hurried the guide, and half an hour of time to buy something to eat. In Paris, the hotel turned out to be not in the city, and it was impossible to get there without a transfer, for which it was necessary to pay extra, or go on excursions. They also took money for headphones (2 € * 4 days = 10 €) - that's how Irina thought, for some reason multiplying by five. This is a small part, but the main one that left dissatisfied. 5.We wanted to demand a refund upon arrival, but the terms of the contract remove all responsibility from the travel agent, be careful. Everything will be blamed on the force majeure and on you as a whole. 6. Either very rich people are satisfied with this tour, or those who have already seen everything and did not plan to see anything else without visiting any of the excursions. And most likely those who combine these two factors

Recently returned from a tour of Greece + Italy 30.08-13.09. There are a lot of impressions, and after reading the reviews here, it seems even more that we were wildly lucky with everything, starting with the accompanying and ending with the weather. Physically, the tour is not an easy one, which is already clear from the program and night crossings. The border is added to the already stated ones – consider it the same, but in our case we stood there and back for 4-5 hours, we were very lucky. Positive: ● The program is rich and interesting. If you are lucky with the border, you can catch a half-day walk around Warsaw, as we did. In general, we had no delays or omissions anywhere (although the bus stopped a couple of times due to breakdowns). Early excursions were worth it, because we managed to walk everywhere not under the scorching sun, when there were not so many tourists. I wanted to go on every excursion, but because of the budget I had to moderate my appetites a little. ● The accompanying Aneta. He does not forget anyone anywhere, remembers everyone, explains everything clearly by the clock, repeats several times. He talks about stops, about cities, about languages, where to whom and how much, where you can go, and where you shouldn't. Along the way, she turned on films and music related to these countries for us🖤 Well, it's a miracle. ● In Italy, we had a wonderful guide Maria, it was incredibly interesting with her. ● The ferry ride was very atmospheric for me personally. But immediately a caveat: when they tell you to take warm clothes because it's cold there, it's REALLY cold there. In fact, it was much warmer on deck than in the hall (but there is a strong wind), so be sure to bring blankets and warm clothes with you. ● Everything is fine with the transfer. To quickly cross the border, a bus was put in line in advance while we were traveling from Minsk to Brest by Stadler. Our bus turned out to be the first in line, and we crossed the Belarusian-Polish border in 4-5 hours instead of some 10+. Controversial points: ● If you do not book a seat on the bus, you may get a seat at the end where the backs do not recline and there is little space. Money is money, but with such conditions, no one should be put there at all, or do it for a lower cost if desired (for example, a family with children there may still be +/- not bad, but again, non-folding backs really ruin comfort, which is so little on the bus). ● Athens. The tour is 50 euros + 20 euros entrance to the Acropolis (if you do not go there, then you need to walk around for an hour and a half). In Athens itself, they showed the Olympic stadium, the changing of the guard, the rest was just words on the road, what they were passing by. Then free time is 2-3 hours. The departure was at one o'clock in the morning, the road was 6-7 hours. I do not regret that I went, but for someone it would be better to spend + 1 day at sea. ● Venice. No question, it's very beautiful, but it's hard. All day on your feet in the sun, there are not enough benches, tourists are sitting anywhere or in establishments. Personally, there was even too much time for me – after an hour and a half review, they gave me 5-6 hours to walk by myself. And just after that day, we had an overnight transfer. Taste, of course. ● An important point: excursions may not take place if too few people sign up – there should be at least 25 people. In Greece, the escorts cooperated, gathered several groups together to make it work. We did not have the Grand Canal and the Danube, with Olympus it turned out that it was put on the same day as Athens, and those who wanted to get to both places could not. ● Also an expected moment, but – money. On the road, you spend almost the same price from above as for the tour itself. +140 euros for a mandatory package of city tours, headphones for at least one day in Venice (for 3 days in Italy – 6 euros), taxes. 200-300 euros for an additional one, if you really want to get to know the countries (and this is not even for everything). If you refuse these excursions, you need to constantly find something to do yourself. For example, if you do not go to Alberobello and Matera, you entertain yourself in Bari for the whole day. And, of course, food, souvenirs, trips to some places. ● Sofia. It feels like the dot was added just to kill time, but as inconvenient as possible. A 3-hour tour of the center (and the weather was already cool, almost rainy, and in other cities there were a maximum of 2 hours of sightseeing), then another 4 hours of free time, and then another 1.5 hours we walked 3.5 km to the bus to kill time (because the bus needs to defend 9 hours before the night crossing). And then, in addition, a night transfer to Budapest. As I understand it, this was done so that there would not be a night crossing for two days in a row, first, and then the border. Overall, I really, really enjoyed the trip - the case when almost everything worked out as it should. Thanks to the company, Aneta and our drivers for such a vacation.

We went with Beltourism on the Greece-Italy tour from 08/31-14.09 We were very lucky that the escort was not Olga, it's a shame for the previous group (Because the tour as a whole is wonderful! We got to the border by train, there was a bus waiting in line for us, as a result, after 5 hours we were already in Poland) An unplanned walk around Warsaw happened. Thanks to our escort Anet, we all purchased SIM cards with roaming throughout Europe and were in touch throughout the trip. All the excursions announced along the route were carried out in full. The sanitary stops were according to plan, everything was fine with the food, the attendant warned about everything in advance, everything was clearly planned and we arrived on time everywhere. There are 2 hours of free time in Hallstatt, 9 hours in Venice. There was an unpleasant incident in Bari: We are after a night move, the tour is early, a little free time, and then there is an additional tour and everyone who does not go to it is invited to get to the hotel themselves, although according to the rules we either have to be picked up from this city or taken to the hotel, and then take the group where it is necessary. Everything would be fine, but the hotel is in another city and you need to get to it by train from a huge train station in a foreign country, not knowing the language... We got a decent amount of stress. There were about 20 of us left in the city and the bus could easily travel 30km to come back for us, but unfortunately no one heard us(As a bonus, we got the purest Adriatic Sea! Although the guide said that the beach in the city is so-so (on an additional tour it is much better, of course))) Then there was a ferry, be sure to take a cabin. It is very cold in the seats ( An excursion to Meteora is held on the first day in Greece, just by bus on the way) The places are wonderful, the views are very beautiful, but it spoiled the impression a little that for 30 euros "on the way" we also had to take entrance tickets to the monasteries for 6 euros. Katerini is a small village in Greece, the sea is clean and beautiful. We lived in apartments, the rooms are small, but everything is clean and renovated. Do not count on cooking something much: there is barely a working tile, there is no oven and kettle. Those who lived in the hotel complained that the rooms were quite "tired". The breakfasts were the same, the usual European buffet. 6 days fly by very quickly and I don't want to leave))) The return trip was much more difficult. Due to the obligatory 9-hour rest of the bus, we had to walk around Sofia all day, the city is boring and we spent most of the time in cafes and shopping centers. But the overnight transfer went unnoticed, then there was a beautiful Budapest, where we got about 6 hours of time. Last night in Hungary and a long drive home. The bus arrived in Minsk early on Saturday morning, as planned) Overall, the impressions are very good, thanks to all our friendly team, our Aneta and drivers Vlad and Tomek)

We went with Beltourism for the second time. This time to Paris for 7 days from August 11th to 18th. We were very pleased with the trip. Both the guides and the hotels were good. The crew, represented by Irina's head, and the drivers are professionals in their field. I was amazed at Irina's patience and sense of humor because a couple of people in the group were annoying everyone. I read a review by a lady and, as a practicing lawyer, I would like to remind you of the responsibility for defamation and insults. No one imposed anything on anyone. For example, we did not take additional excursions. And the bus was comfortable. And the FP is like, I paid for crossing the border, it's really funny. In summary, the tour went great and we will be happy to travel with this company again.

Italy-Greece Tour 17.08-30.08 Magnificent cities, wonderful guides in Italy, the gentle sea and nature in Greece. All this does not depend on the tour operator in any way. Complete professional incompetence of Olga's group leader: non-compliance with the tour program daily; giving false information about the route and plans for the day of the tour daily; lack of organization of hot meals daily; lack of mandatory information about currency, time difference in the host country, ignorance of languages and information about cities, attractions, catering places in visited cities; ignorance and inability compliance with formalities related to transport payments and documents. She dissuaded from visiting excursions and attractions. Members of the same family were not placed side by side, but on different floors; I considered it possible not to settle a woman with a child at all, taking the room key. She intentionally left 37 tourists with young children in a foreign city, taking away personal belongings and documents of tourists. Extortion of money, intimidation and blackmail. Absolute non-observance of the rights of tourists, rudeness, hypocrisy, familiarity, tyranny, a feeling of complete impunity for arbitrariness, obscene appearance, illiteracy and carelessness. She allowed herself to "poke" tourists, tell them to "shut up", use their Internet for her own purposes. It felt like she went abroad on her own business, and took us out of charity, but for our money, and we had to keep quiet and enjoy the inconvenience. We've been traveling for a long time, but THIS is the first time we've seen THIS. Beltourism is the worst tour operator.

We spent four days trying to contact the office staff to get information about the tour. On the fourth day, we finally found out that there are more places, everything is OK. We arrive at the office the next day to draw up a contract - there are no places. Moreover, we could have arrived a day earlier if the employee had mentioned that this was a popular tour and we urgently needed to go to get registered.

We went with a friend in September on a tour of Spain via Amsterdam. The trip left a very pleasant impression. The border was crossed there in 2 hours, back in 4, which is just fine nowadays. The content of the tour is excellent, each city had a separate guide, the main excursions (mandatory) were capacious and informative. In cities, there was more or less free time somewhere, but always enough to walk around and feel the atmosphere. I would like to express special gratitude to our guide Natalia, her professionalism and enthusiasm. She often shared fascinating stories, answered all our questions and was always ready to help. I also want to mention the work of the drivers. They were attentive and careful. Basically, we always arrived on time and without unnecessary delays. Overall, I was satisfied with the organization of the trip. Thank you for the pleasant memories! We are already planning a trip with this tour operator for the winter holidays.

When you are unexpectedly sent on vacation, Beltourism comes to the rescue. I went on a trip to Europe: Poland-Austria-Italy in May 2024. If they ask ME where I got such a cool trip? My answer is that I got IT from Beltourism very successfully!
