I did the replacement of the timing belt and clutch kit on the sandero stepway II. According to the terms - everything is according to the agreement, according to the budget - all the points are negotiated over the phone, no extra services are imposed, BUT they will warn you if they notice something. In my case, this was something like a power steering belt, which by 72k mileage (according to the regulations, every 60k should change) has never changed. As a result, they agreed on additional work, without taking a penny for me for the installation of the belt itself.

There are several conflicts within the same visit.
Context: I signed up for repairs 3-4 days in advance, arrived at the service station 30 minutes before the opening. The coolant nozzle, the liquid itself and the pump were replaced.
1. Check-in to the last box. The area in front of the boxes, as usual, is filled with cars. They did not explain how to (front / back) to drive in, but waved their hand - come in. When my path did not suit them, the first conflict occurred, because my message was that if something does not suit you, then your task is either to stop by yourself or to explain normally how they need it.
2. The repair took a whole day instead of the promised 0.5 due to the delay of spare parts from their partner.
At the same time, they refused to name the original part number at the selection stage, only indicated the name of the nozzle. But OK, I agreed to their spare parts, even despite the overestimation of the cost (180 rubles instead of the average market price of 140).
3. After repair, I found a self–tapping screw in the engine compartment - in this original way they tried to better fix the plastic protection and the noise.
4. On the right side of the repair, I found a loose clamp from the anther of the axle shaft – of course, the master did not see this, and even more so he was not involved in this.
The supervisor replied that I could come in a few days and they would install the clamp back.
5. After leaving the service station, after a 5-minute drive, the Jackichan caught fire. The phone was not picked up. When I arrived at the service station, I heard the answer that we were not involved in this.
The management is rude and does not want to look for a way out of the situation on their own shoals.
The car's cooling system seems to be working for now. Antifreeze does not go away and there are no stains under the car. But because of the attitude of people, the impression of the company is completely ruined.
I always service my car here, quickly and inexpensively. Unlike other services, the French are known here, and they know even more than they write about these machines on forums.
