When I try to exchange a modem that has constant discounts, they tell me that I have problems with my laptop, TV, and 3 phones. And the fact that it reboots itself 10 times a day is OK. They advise you to connect it all by wire in 2025)) The attitude is very arrogant, as if I am not paying them for their services, but they are paying me.
I'm already silent about the fact that they obviously give out used modems. They write in the act what they don't give out after the fact. It's not clear why they charge such money. I don't advise anyone to contact us here.
The location is extremely inconvenient. There is no parking at all. The reception schedule for various types of approvals is only 2 days and only until 13 00. But the issues are resolved promptly.
