In general, you won't get any help, and if you really need it, you need to pay (according to the support employee, about 36 rubles + payment for the master's departure). Moreover, the problem can clearly be solved without the departure of the master. In general, I recommend avoiding the madhouse and this organization.

But after the 20th, they start sending SMS messages demanding payment, otherwise they will block the channel. During the period from January 22 to January 29, 4 threatening SMS messages were sent to the phone! What is this method of working with clients? The day before, Beltelecom announced that a shutdown is possible only after an 80-day delay. Truly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing!
