The price of the Internet is twice as high as in Minsk, the quality does not match the price, the equipment at the basic tariffs is old, unnecessary services are imposed, it is impossible to refuse the phone service for 4p a month, why do I need it if I do not use my home phone ??? There are no other providers in the city, so they don't want to deal with quality and price !!!
And in addition, they connect additional functions and services without warning the user, I found out purely by accident due to large write-offs

An ordinary Beltelecom office, no different from hundreds of others. It looks more like an order pick-up point for a start-up Chinese online store: it's littered with boxes of goods they're trying to sell.
Of the advantages: perhaps only the fact that they work on Saturday (but before lunch) and the location (city center).
