For the second year in a row, Beltelecom has been "messing up" during the New Year holidays. In 2024, thanks to Beltelecom, we were unable to see and hear our President's New Year's greetings. In 2025, the connection was cut off at the sound of the chimes. This is not to say that, periodically, especially during the holidays, the network hangs. Considering that the subscription fee is not cheap, but discounts are not provided for these problems. I hope the competent authorities will respond to such questions, because the coming years in the Republic of Belarus have been designated the "years of quality"
