I wanted to build equipment for the broadcasting Hall in the village. In Minsk, the equipment was not given, they were forced to go to the Curb (at the installation site).
I wanted a module MYSELF (installed in the TV connector, not a separate set-top box), which was found only after long arguments and after a call to my superiors (by the way, it works poorly - I find paid channels only the next day after switching on, after restarting the TV).
It was not possible to register in your Personal Account on your own the first time - you did not specify my username and password in the paper contract (they remained, as I understand it, from the previous client)!
And so, probably, a normal company, I read, we received the People's Stamp award 2023!
While I was living in the village, I just suffered with the Internet. It was impossible to just work and often it just wasn't there!!!
It doesn't matter at all whether it's wired or wireless. I have lived in other countries and this problem has never arisen, although I have lived in nature and with wireless Internet!
However, Beltelecom has not counted for the lack of Internet both in the city and in the village.... it's very bad ...
PS I'm not complaining about the workers, but about the strange technology, which unfortunately is not improving.

It's just awful, she called to find out about the Internet, instead of politely explaining to people that call us back, we work from 13.00, she was rude and hung up!
I don't know who's friendly there. I don't even know what to call this organization..... Two months ago, we changed the number, and now, on our own, without warning, they connected everything to us .... The payment amount has increased significantly. The house is a country house and the phone is needed only in summer. And what can you call it?
