A budget hotel, cheaper only for free. In its price segment, the price is quality. The rooms are comfortable, everything is there: a snow-white towel, sheets, soap accessories, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, everything is working properly. great view of the mountains. To the sea ~ 300m Cozy garden. Pleasant, unobtrusive music plays all day at the hotel.
WiFi is high-speed in the garden, the signal in the room is weak. There was no cleaning at all, even the garbage was not thrown away, I consider such non-interference on the part of the staff as an advantage. The water is hot, the pressure in the shower is weak. Food breakfast and dinner are included in the price, there is no alcohol. I'm not whimsical, you can have a snack, but this is the worst thing I've ever met.I mainly ate in street cafes, tasty, budget-friendly. Tea, water, instant coffee and powdered juice in unlimited quantities. The dining room is dirty and stuffy in August. Sunbeds on a public beach are paid 60 liras (August 2023), when they charge, when they don't, you can just lie on a towel. The beach is well equipped, a beautiful promenade, showers, toilets, changing rooms, cafes - everything is there, there are a lot of people in the season, but the beach is not crowded. Despite all the disadvantages, as a budget accommodation I would rather recommend than not

Disappointed. Vacation in September 2023 It is now called Castel Park. There is no animation. Sooooo modest food and the delivery of 1 piece of chicken or meat. In the second building on the 3rd floor, the room is tiny. There are also problems with hot water.

The hotel is 4 stars, relatively inexpensive, good food, good spa and massage in the hotel, prices for clothes and souvenirs are cheaper than in Side, the sea is clean, but the pebbles. A quiet place for a family vacation.

Disadvantages of the hotel
- The distance to the sea is not 200m, as many write, but 600m (you can build a route and see for yourself), walk for 10 minutes, passing first rural streets, garbage cans and also the road
- The hotel does not have its own beach, so every day you had to pay for sun beds ($3 for one sunbed, $ 5 for two sun beds)
- The food is very bad, there were several days when there was no meat at all!
And if it occurs, then at best the chicken, you can forget about the buffet, the cook puts meat and side dish on your plate and if you go for more, you will see his displeased face and feel all the pain and humiliation from his grimace.
The amount of food in the hotel is very limited and you need to have time to arrive at the beginning of lunch / breakfast / dinner.
For breakfast, they give vegetables and only boiled eggs (you can forget about fried eggs, sausages, etc.).
There was a case when we went to tomorrow an hour after it started, even the eggs ran out! Sometimes there is sausage, but it is disgusting, most likely soy.
Very often it broke down, then a coffee machine, then Wi-FI, then something else.
- Alcohol is a separate topic. There is no beer! There is only wine, which is diluted with water 50-50. There are juices (powdered) and cola/fanta.
- Who will go with small children, know that there are tiles on the floor and it took two days to beg the owner for a playpen, which he provided without a mattress, throwing blankets over the base.
Russian Russian is spoken by the owner, the others do not know either Russian or English.
- Cleaning once a week and then on request, even for toilet paper you will have to go and look for yourself.
- Beach towels are not provided and there is only one towel in the room
Advantages of the hotel
- Due to the fact that there is practically no alcohol, you will not find much noise and discos here, which suited us very well.
- The rooms are more or less, the air conditioning is working, there is hot water.
- The owner also lives in the hotel and is a very calm and restrained person in himself, but you should not count on special help and responsiveness.
- The territory of the hotel is not bad, there is a very beautiful view of the mountains, there is a swimming pool and summer tables.
The general verdict: After reading the positive reviews, we decided to take a chance and go, which was actually a mistake. It seems that those who write 100% positive reviews are writing about another hotel.

We were at this hotel with a friend in September. The first impression was horrified , before that my husband and I were in a 5* hotel in Turkey , but here there is no 3* ( .
But after arriving for a little rest, seeing the gorgeous sea, everything is fine. The food is not varied, but delicious, there is no alcohol at all.
The rooms are not cleaned, there is no TV, but these are all small things, a gorgeous view at lunch and dinner. Silence , everything is like at home . And of course, the staff , I want to say separately about the owner of the Murat hotel, speaks Russian very well , you can approach any question . He treated me to fruits and had a nice conversation )
