An excellent customer-oriented company, the staff is polite, friendly and courteous.
Of the disadvantages, the only question for managers is: it's a pity that you don't really strive to work with individuals, which is why you lose profits out of the blue. Apparently, the organization's charter has been cleaned for a long time, one of the first paragraphs in the part "why any organization is created"...(let me remind you, for maximum profit) it's strange when sales are just "enough", usually employees want to earn more, but they get only the minimum possible ... 🤷
