Belpochta - that says it all. Of the 5 windows, 3 are open at most, usually 2 windows, especially in summer. From the arguments of the boss, there are not enough people / on vacation. They just forgot that as a paying customer, I absolutely don't care, and I shouldn't care!
This is another state structure, which is given competition with private owners, and it will die in the first month.
It is sad.
