The electronic queue does not work for the second week, it is not possible to receive a parcel on time, since you can die and not wait, but pay for every day, so you can create artificial queues specially, in the age of computer technology, fill out a form with a ballpoint pen, which you can print out in other departments. It takes 15 minutes to pick up the parcel. When will you fix this mess?
