Let's just say that. Horror. The service is slow. Reception windows for citizens, I work every other time and as they want. There were no workers in all three windows. At least I didn't see it. It's always either one or two. And the two work as one. And almost always in the same direction. I've seen the painting many times. Those who came a long time ago, sit for an hour. Those who came 10 minutes ago. They pass quickly. According to what logic is selected who is next in line???

The electronic queue does not work for the second week, it is not possible to receive a parcel on time, since you can die and not wait, but pay for every day, so you can create artificial queues specially, in the age of computer technology, fill out a form with a ballpoint pen, which you can print out in other departments. It takes 15 minutes to pick up the parcel. When will you fix this mess?
