I would like to leave a review about my negative experience in this department, I'm not a fan of writing bad reviews, but in this situation it just boiled over. They sent a registered letter, Elena was served by a consultant, she conducted the whole conversation in a dismissive tone, snapped, rolled her eyes. After such a service, I don't even want to go in.
