There's ALWAYS a long queue. Previously, there was a plus in the fact that you could receive parcels separately. Now this is done through a shared queue. Inconvenient. Many retirees pay all payments here, which lengthens the waiting time.

There's a constant queue, I can see the crowd standing out the window in the morning, but they work so well, if you're lucky, they're polite, and it'll do.

Mail is like mail. A box on the street for receiving parcels is a convenient thing, even at night you come and pick it up, without queues paying for utilities and phones, grandmothers would be fine, as well as middle-aged people
