Huge queues. To receive or send a parcel, you need to stand for at least 40 minutes. I was also upset by the fact that when one person appeared, who did not bother to take a ticket for himself, he was urgently (the pipes are burning, the fumes are still there), the employee silently began to serve him. For pensioners, mothers with children, people who go after work, for some reason they are not silent! Even when the old man asked at the window to help take the ticket, they refused. That's right, such a contingent of people is our priority.
