I want to express my great gratitude to the cashier Lugovtsova E.N., who treated me humanely, with understanding and waited for me almost at the moment of closing the branch (to get there, of course... you won't wish it on the enemy!). The man was delayed for more than half an hour after the end of his working day and asked other employees to stay late to give me the parcel, as I had to go through all the customs clearance procedures.
Dear administration, such people should be appreciated and their actions encouraged!
