And again the mail review. The standard situation in the department is a queue for 20+ people. The staff is calm, sometimes even too much. People have learned Zen in this life. I recommend it as a queue simulator, but not as a post office. In the 21st century, waiting time may not be like this to pick up mail.

It is not at all clear how only one of the four windows can actually work. The queue is for an hour+, the staff is not in a hurry, but in general it feels like there should be more of them there
