Good afternoon. Today, 04.01.2025, I was at the department (Minsk, 46 Nezavisimosti Ave., 220005). Judging by the attachment, a letter arrived in my name (a 1st grade envelope).The employee couldn't give it back because I didn't have a passport. She just said wait for the postman TODAY and check the mailbox. The postman never came. The application has the status "Given to recipient". Of course, they didn't give me anything. The letter is important and now we have to wait until the weekend is over. I am waiting for feedback and the postman's work schedule.
