I have a question for whom??? Who can get there, let me remind you that in Belarus the working day is until 17.00, make the opening hours until 19 .

For politeness - a separate huge plus!!! Queues + a big minus, because pensioners pay communal services, receive a pension, therefore a standard operation such as sending. A letter in which, in fact, you can not do without mail, or it takes too much time to receive a parcel.5 I am always happy when there is no queue. In general, on the days of pension issuance, on the 20th it is better not to meddle!!!
I don't know, even when working people manage to go there on their own business. Before 15.45 - too short a working day and an inconvenient schedule!!! It would be better to postpone it to a later time, or simply extend it.
Village post office, sells everything. The employee is very friendly, happy to help everyone. This is an awesome plus. There is a payment machine. There is usually a queue for an employee. The elderly pay for everything. Slowly and sadly. This is a minus
