I like this department. Always nice girls who work and serve quickly❤️ I use the Belpost app when sending parcels and have never had any problems. I dialed the data myself, gave the track number, and they printed it out in the mail. I read a negative review about sending it through the app.. You have to be careful yourself and not run to the post office by closing time! We are all human beings and we want to go home after work! I believe that if you entered the data in the application correctly, then the employee could not have confused them. The workers only print out the form and glue it onto the box. Most likely, the person made a mistake and signed the tracks incorrectly. Of course, who should be blamed, of course, the workers... I've never had any problems sending, I'm very happy with this application, it makes my work easier, I don't have to stand and write forms. Well done girls!!!! Thank you for knowing your job!!!!
I'm shocked.
I filled out the forms for the parcels in the application. The sums stood alone. My husband went to send it, he brings a check, and it's twice as expensive. We conducted self-typed parcels. I'm shocked.
Then why the app? Not competent staff. There is no such barracks on other roads.
They also expressed their opinion that they arrived 20 minutes before closing time.
I often use the services of Belpochta in different branches. I want to note that this department is a favorite among others. Most of all I like the staff, it's so nice to come, even if there are a lot of people, the girls are always friendly, polite, patient with everyone. The very pleasant leadership of this department is young girls. There are never any questions, everyone is competent.. as for queues, this is only at the peak of utility payments, and that is, there is a window for postal services, there is a window for all services. I always leave in a good mood. I offer at the end of the service, then a ticket, then a hand cream, I buy as a sign of gratitude for their work, always.
