Queues last a lifetime, especially at the end of the month and during retirement. Boorish staff (not all), those who survived the USSR. In summer, this is not a post office, but a gas station, the sun burns all day in the roof. There is no air conditioning, open windows do not save.
There are constant queues, the post office cannot cope with the flow of people... To pick up a parcel or send it, you have to stand for 1.5-2 hours... It's time to change something! It's the age of new technologies, really, they can't come up with anything for mail...
Eternal queues, cashier girls seem to be dragging their time on purpose, it's always stuffy, they can leave for a break right in front of their noses

Mail is like mail. A lot of pensioners paying for housing and communal services, eternal queues and tons of parcels. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place where you can send a parcel and receive mail. There is a place to grow (I'm talking about the need to install a post office)
There are disadvantages to this department. They do not always bring receipts for parcels and constant kilometers of queues. And the staff is polite and friendly, but they change very often.
There's always a queue at the front doors. The ticket offices are closed one at a time during rush hours!!! Is it possible to shift the maintenance break during these hours????
After the repair, the view is better, but as it was an asshole place, it remains. At least some kind of info kiosk was installed, stuffiness and the stench of sweat
You can stand in line for an hour at the post office to receive a parcel. Operators are in no hurry to serve. Everything is done very slowly and steadily.
Most of the staff are rude and do not want to work, queues are constantly at the door as you will not go in and it is very stuffy that it is impossible to stand, but you need to stand for about an hour.
