I am pleased to note that the department has improved its work. Although the employees change, it does not affect the work. Queues have almost disappeared: I don't understand if the number of pensioners has decreased, or most have issued cards. Newspapers appeared on sale in sufficient quantities, which were previously lacking. The workers are polite and serve customers quickly. Other related products are available for sale at reasonable prices. Parcels are accepted and issued in accordance with regulatory documents.
