Usually there are two or three people in the room during the day (we often go for parcels at different times of the day, I know what I'm writing about(. Yes, there are a lot of people, on pension day and before paying for communal services. There are a lot of things that happen after hours , too . But during the day, at the usual time, there are a couple of people there. No need to write here, they say there are a lot of people standing there from 9 a.m. and just like that all day until closing time. Don't come at rush hour. :)) And be served in 10 minutes.
