Disgusting service, out of 4 windows they take in one, the rest of the employees with flashes of intelligence try to pretend that they are very busy, it would be fine if the windows were closed, but no!!!!! They stupidly walk around with a smart look and don't accept, but there are a lot of people in the hall. 03/15/2025, we are waiting to receive the parcel in a common queue with grandmothers who pay for communal services! It's a pity you can't take away the stars at all!!

The staff is good, polite, tactful, they will tell you everything that interests you, listen carefully and treat the elderly with understanding
