The air conditioner in the hall is hanging for no clear reason, it has probably never been turned on. And it's hot outside, the room is stuffy, and there are a lot of people.
There are no complaints about the girls, they manage to serve politely, patiently and explain in detail to pensioners what and how. But the management should set up a better service.
