The post office is wonderful. Furniture and a table with banquettes, benches. A well-organized electronic queue. There is a good mini-store with consumer goods. Alcohol is good and cheap. Opposite is a great grocery department. Two stars for a sooooo long wait in an electronic queue of 20-40 minutes CONSTANTLY when visiting!!!!!!
Mail is like mail. Like all other communications offices. The staff I personally came across was quite polite and friendly. Sometimes the information kiosk does not work.
The post office is not bad. There is an electronic queue, places to wait. The staff is polite, they tell you if you have any questions. The queue arrives, but not always.
Old-timers remember how it used to be here - about 10 years ago. Horror - queues, screams, scandals. But time went to the good, they put an electronic queue, terminals - and everything became fine! Keep it up !
Only 2 windows work forever, the third one is resting. Of course, they serve quickly, but the flow of all pensioners in the city greatly slows down the queue movement
If you need to pay for something in cash, it is better to go here and not to the bank. It will be faster. Otherwise, there is an eternal shortage of cashiers in the bank.
During the payment period, it is simply impossible to get in, the queue is unrealistic, and throughout the day, and on other days you still need to get in successfully. There are no staff, there are two cash desks, you can only sympathize with these girls, to work in such conditions!!! People complain, many leave without waiting for their turn, but the "top" management does not care. We have everything for people...
Permanent queues on payment days
To receive a regular parcel, you need to stupidly give an hour, or even more, to wait for your turn. nonsense
They put one person in jail (when there is clearly more than one person in the post office), in the presence of 3 windows, and even on the days of utility payments 🤦🤦🤦
There is no logic
The shock of the irrationality of the use and allocation of both responsibilities and time
There are constant queues, not 5 or 10 people, but 30-50 and who is especially lucky and even more!
There is one boorish operator there, one man did not have time for a couple of seconds on the (electronic queue), so she got stuck and did not let this man into any! Expect to leave AT LEAST 30 minutes of your life there!!!
Due to the fact that the post office began to take on a lot of payment responsibilities, because of this, it takes from an hour to 1.5 hours to receive a parcel.which became quite uncomfortable.
