Mail is a pain, of course. Not only this department. The queues are mostly very long. The surrounding offices send letters in large bundles, people persistently pay for communal services there, and, as luck would have it, they removed the large machine for automatically sending registered letters - it became even sadder.
The employees are trying, but....
There is no parking, an electronic queue, constant breaks in different windows.
I would like some kind of automation of the process, so that the workers would not be in the soap, and the visitors would not waste an hour there.
Clean, beautiful. The electronic queue makes waiting very easy, there are many places to sit down. Info kiosk, you can make quick payments. There are goods needed in everyday life, such as pots, towels and much more. The steps have been repaired, now it is safe to walk.
