We made a coupon service system, accidentally took the wrong ticket, sent it to take a new one, and as a result, we waited in line for five people. Why not just serve?What is the priority service for those who take coupons later? That earlier there were just queues , they served all their friends in front of them , that there were coupons , there was no sense .They also talk to the staff as if they came to their house, not to the post office .
Everything is fine, but there are some questions to the service personnel who need to be taught how to communicate with people correctly, not all of course, but there are people who go beyond the framework.
