Today, 09/19/20, at noon I went to buy a simple envelope in Gomel. The picture is, as usual, one window out of three (as a large area) and a queue with communal services, pensions. I asked the girl in the window for an envelope. The answer stunned me - get in line! I didn't even say the price when I was offered to buy from the queue.
I understand that this does not concern the laws, but, purely humanly, it is outrageous! The negative has been assigned to the department!
It is a really good post office with delicate staff and well-organized work. And the fact that there are empty windows without an employee - look at the staff list of employees for today. If only one person gets sick, or takes a day for family reasons, then there is no one to replace them. There are 3 cashiers on staff.
Responsive and pleasant staff, clean and tidy room. There are long queues, but only from the 21st to the 25th of the month, for obvious reasons. The score is five out of five.
Of the 3 windows, only 2 are working. Queues are constantly running. The terminal very often does not accept banknotes. Employees do not react to this.
