With all due respect, excellent department and excellent service. One huge disadvantage, the second similar situation of the two in principle. The primary and secondary notifications arrive in the mailbox at the same time. It's funny to check your mailbox even after it was empty yesterday and find both notifications in it at once. Which means that in order to receive a shipment, you must already pay for its storage due to late notification. Two trials took place without my knowledge due to the "operational" work of the post office.

The postman brings notifications to the address in a month, you already have time to pick up the parcels...and the notification of the registered letter was delivered when the storage period ended.There was no reaction from the department, maybe they put it in another mailbox or at a different address.....and it happens all the time.
