You know that I visited this Post office once. The building is very clean. The staff are very polite to people. In general, everything is great. I really liked it there
Being a disabled person who does not leave home, she is forced to receive all parcels with door-to-door delivery. And it's been a mess lately. I can see by the code that the parcel is already in the mail, but no call from the 15th branch, no delivery, nothing. I've been trying to get through to them for two full days, and, of course, no one is answering the phone. The last package also stayed with them for a week, they also got through to me for two days, and then for two more days it was "delivered" to me. This is a complete disgrace.
Waiting time - they work very slowly, it was in the afternoon on a day off, 5 people served for half an hour.
The staff is boorish, the repairs are old.

Eternal queues of money. Well, just a tin can. They've already told me all the pensions are in banks and they've been issued cards, but you've been sitting for hours. Mail is primarily a postal service: parcels, letters, shipments, correspondence. It is possible to get all this only after a huge queue. I understand that they come to the post office for a party, well, let them hang out in the "one" window. And in the rest, the post office provides direct services.
I supplement the review on 20.02 - not a single window works for shipments (the main purpose of mail!!!!)
Like all post offices, it is constantly clogged with pensioners and a shortage of staff. I repeat, do not skimp on staff salaries and you will be in chocolate. There are few staff and even electronic queues will not help from the influx of people and the creation of gatherings in queues of 40-60 minutes.
Disgusting department! I stood for an hour to make stupid photocopies, but I never did! Only two windows work: mailings and payments.
And for the rest of the services, you don't give a damn, you can take a ticket, even if you stand for a day, but you never get there.
Then what's the point of an electronic queue??
Mail is visually fine. There is a huge disadvantage in the work of the electronic queue. I often receive parcels. Two times in two weeks, he and another friend flew out of the queue. People began to be served after me, and my number was simply lost. I don't smoke, and I haven't been out myself even since the receipt was printed. They asked a young girl to the operator, and the answer is the same, they called you, and you clicked this moment.
There are still misunderstandings, either a software failure, or stupidly do not give a damn to the mail workers on visitors.
After the renovation, it became just a great post office) while everything is new there, it is nice to be inside, there is a table for children from the hotel, but there are almost never any coloring books or pencils. Although I probably understand that small children stretch these pencils and coloring books with a bang) it would be possible to make these coloring books and pencils lie separately somewhere and only parents could take them and put them back, respectively, so that the loss of pencils would be on their conscience)
After the repair, it became beautiful, an electronic queue appeared, which is convenient. There are sofas and chairs. A drawing table for children, but without accessories (this is on the parents). Of the disadvantages, there is only a large queue left. Sometimes you have to wait almost an hour to pick up a parcel. If there are 20 people in the queue (~ 40 minutes usually), then you can have time to go to the grocery store and have time to drop them home and return to the post office :)
The department has improved for today. Fast girls work, before that there are eternal queues. And of course they are saved during the quarter-payment period, but on other days, you can quickly cope with sending correspondence or receiving a parcel
A clean, tidy compartment, there is a table for children. The employees are polite. The minus, as usually happens in post offices, is of course queues.
until the 20th of each month.., without queues.
the staff is comfortable in the queue-young people are not smiling, and this is understandable ... in general, the norms
Great mail! I came for the parcel, there is an e-queue terminal, the parcel was returned intact. I am very happy with everything. I recommend it! I will only go here.
I was struck by the aesthetic component of this institution. A clean and tidy ceiling (which are few on Yankee Moor), there is no underground, there are no drunks, local homeless people and their bald dogs are infrequent guests. Anarchy does not sow discord. In general, a warm place where you can come with children. 5/5.
Not a bad post office, where you can quickly pay, send or receive whatever you need there. but!!!! There are days of retirement and other kinds of payments, on which it is better not to appear there - take care of your nerves! There are young, pretty girls who will always tell you if you are confused about something. Choose quieter days and visiting times. I recommend it!
We receive and send parcels here. Competent specialists. There are long queues on the days when people come to pay utility bills. There is an electronic queue
The interior has been renovated, now it has become cozy and beautiful, the air conditioner has been installed,
it will not be so stuffy in summer. Noooooooo, the service has remained the same, unfortunately there is no way to change this. The level of service provision is 3/10.
25.01 I came to receive the parcel , the coupon was at number 644 , the time of the coupon was 17:58 . I stood until 19:25 until I was called to the cashier, when I came up, I gave a notice and the cashier went to look for my parcel, it took another 17 minutes to search for the parcel, and the registration and payment took 2 minutes, why do I specify everything so accurately since I timed it. Yes , I forgot to write that while I was standing in line , parcels without payments were also very slowly serviced , despite the fact that there was a separate queue for them , and the cashiers were distracted by paperwork , it was not clear what kind of technical break there was (I specifically went and looked at the breaks ) . This situation happens all the time on this post! The management complains that they do not have time to serve all customers. Since I work with people myself, I value every client. I hope my feedback will be useful!!!
After the repair, at least it became clear to be there, but the system itself did not get better. I decided to order a parcel from ozone and decided to pick it up at Belpost instead of European post. Parcels are given away for a long time, you need to fill out a bunch of forms, in general, everything is not for people. Well, our favorite pensioners who prefer to receive a pension by mail rather than issue a bank card. In general, 3 stars only because of the renovation
Mail is like mail, there are almost never queues, the staff are patient, ready to help everyone, clean and tidy. The coherence of the team is at the highest level.
Terrible mail! I have been coming here for 10 years and more than once the parcels have gone back, because the notifications do not come! They can't send a notification in a month and then they make a stupid face like what I didn't take away! If it were possible to change the mail, it would be great, I have already thought about the post office. They search for parcels for 15 minutes and create queues, there is no such thing at the Pushkin post office, adequate people just work..
And now, because of the renovation, this poorhouse has been moved to a building with funeral services)) That's where they belong!
It's a nice compartment, especially after the renovation. There are queues often, but I haven't been waiting here for an hour to receive a parcel for a long time, everything is fast. Normal, adequate staff.)
The queue is moving fast. It's not hot in the hall. The furniture for visitors is broken in the hall. However, the workers' desks are worn through. Something like this.
Addition. Recently, repairs were made, furniture was changed, and the number of windows was increased. Now it's a solid 5 out of five.
The staff is super, the main thing is not to get to the day of retirement or communal services - grandmothers need to create a queue from the very morning before the opening (nostalgia probably), they then do not have enough time to discuss everything on the bench)
I don't know what to say...the repairs were done, but they didn't think about the people! Today I almost suffocated there for 10 minutes. It's so stuffy!!! People in jackets, coats... 26 degrees shows the scoreboard inside the post office! This is bullying!
The girls are trying their best.well done.a lot of pensioners leave their mark while paying for utilities. They can be understood- sometimes it is impossible to understand these Epics yourself. And here are pensioners and even with old phones. The girls are doing well- tactfully.respect to the girls
Quite a decent post office, a decent team. Everything is quite clearly organized.
Once, however, a letter from another country did not fit into the mailbox and, instead of a note, it was sent back.
The poorest mail in the world, slow as a snail, there is zero sense in a digital queue, because the cash registers do everything mixed up, i.e. receipts, payments and parcels at all cash desks, a record 3 days could not pick up a parcel because of queues of more than 100 people in front of me. The staff is mostly boorish and uneducated
