Being a disabled person who does not leave home, she is forced to receive all parcels with door-to-door delivery. And it's been a mess lately. I can see by the code that the parcel is already in the mail, but no call from the 15th branch, no delivery, nothing. I've been trying to get through to them for two full days, and, of course, no one is answering the phone. The last package also stayed with them for a week, they also got through to me for two days, and then for two more days it was "delivered" to me. This is a complete disgrace.

Waiting time - they work very slowly, it was in the afternoon on a day off, 5 people served for half an hour.
The staff is boorish, the repairs are old.
