How is it possible in the 21st century, at the post office, where 3-4 employees are in the hall, to close for lunch from 13.00 to 14.00 !? I have repeatedly appealed to the previous management with a request to review the work schedule, even Shibeko Zh. I called, but the cart is still there(. Everything is for the people!

Terrible mail, employees are not polite, they work slowly, they constantly talk to each other when there are long queues, 2 work from all four windows (especially when there are a lot of people) they always have problems with the Internet
Run, you fools, run away from there. If there is no choice, though, what choice can there be in the mail. Queues, the staff is rude. You'll figure out the rest yourself, but it will be much worse.
In the last year, everything has been much better, there are fewer queues, operators are thinking normally, they serve quickly.

The mail is working well, except that some employees are working slowly. Parcels that come with home delivery are not carried. I pay for the delivery, but there is no delivery. And because of my work, I can't pick up the parcel from the post office, I pick it up with a long delay.
Next to the house, the number of windows for customer service has been increased and queues have decreased.
