Unfriendly sarcastic staff.It was unpleasant to come in and receive such service.Teach your employees to at least answer customer questions, rather than ignore and stare into the void.

The girls at the cash registers are working slowly. The fact that a queue is forming doesn't bother any of the department's employees.
They walk back and forth, and people stand and wait.
There is often only one cash register.

Advantages:
Employees
They are extremely friendly, helped solve the problem with the computer box
Minuses:
They no longer relate to a specific branch, but to the entire white mail. There are no boxes available for medium-sized parcels, in my case the system unit
The prices are horse-drawn, it took 27p to ship. and this is in the region, + packaging 13p. For comparison, in Euromail, the dispatch of the system unit comes out somewhere in 20-22 rubles with packaging! (but without the box)
Belpost seems to have remained in the early noughties, all documents and data are filled in by the client manually! In Euromail, an employee does this, he just copies the data from the E-mail Application
The documents in Belpost about sending and receiving are just a receipt..

The new employees at the checkout work like sleepy flies.
