Unfriendly sarcastic staff.It was unpleasant to come in and receive such service.Teach your employees to at least answer customer questions, rather than ignore and stare into the void.

The girls at the cash registers are working slowly. The fact that a queue is forming doesn't bother any of the department's employees. They walk back and forth, and people stand and wait. There is often only one cash register.
