The department is only for the delivery of parcels, they recommended registering in the National electronic mail system, I send letters to my grandfather in a correctional colony, I always had to go to the post office for an envelope, they gave me a login password, I registered in this system and now I can send letters without leaving home, even at night, saving on paper and my grandfather is glad that you don't have to figure out the handwriting, the text is printed :) If someone is forwarding emails, I recommend it!!
The post office is associated with the USSR by its "interior decoration". The functionality is normal and modern. I use the services of this mail quite often, I like the well-established work. Almost always all the windows work, the girls are efficient and literate - they definitely have 5 stars, I took one for the institution for a somewhat gloomy interior appearance, although everything is convenient and thoughtful.

Mail is like mail. Small format, for 3 windows.
There is no electric queue, there is air conditioning.
Parking is poorly expressed, but there are no queues.
The employees are moderately friendly, in general, the department is normal
Polite staff, ready to provide a full range of services.
The waiting time for maintenance is minimal. The longest waiting time was 7 minutes.
The work schedule covers both the first and second shifts, which is very convenient.
An excellent branch without queues, an obvious phenomenon of queues on holidays, friendly staff will always help in finding and sending shipments, a small but cozy branch specialized in shipments and purely postal services, which greatly unloads nearby mail.
It's cool that they just made a parcel pick-up and delivery point. The girls work fast, the queues are scattered at once. I have never stood behind a parcel for 10-15 minutes more.
On 17.01.2022, I contacted the department (24 Orlovskaya Street) with a request for help to connect to the post office.
As a result, I was told to register on my own on the site, and they said that after registration everything should work independently... They said affirmatively that a visit to the post office is not required!
