Slow maintenance. There are few windows for working with clients. The acceptance and delivery of mail items is poorly organized. It takes a lot of time to accept utility bills. And I would like to work for an hour more in the evening.
The staff is not very friendly. A small room, especially not convenient in winter, everyone tries to be inside because of this it becomes stuffy, and even slow service.
Why are the post offices in the area open from 8.30? It's a city. Damn it, 10.00 is very late. Why am I from 8, why are others from 8 or 9? What kind of princesses work there. I understand that it's hard to work there. But..... From 1 to 2, you can't get to the cherished window at all. You will sit in one queue for 100,500 days, and she is for lunch.
