Today I went to the post office to pick up a small package. The queue was from the street itself, only 2 windows worked very slowly. On the 3rd window there was information that it would not work from 13:20 to 19:00. I was at the post office at 12:20. I understand that the 3rd window should have worked until 13:20. I asked them to give me my small package, but they didn't find it, when I asked them to look better, they gave me a note from the postman and said we couldn't find it. Negligent attitude of the post office staff . And the head of the department does not know how to communicate with people at all . I went in vain , and there is no time to run to the post office every day.
The horror!!!!!!!!! especially at the end of the month, there is little space, queues, such a wound and it was possible to expand the mail or come up with something to make everyone feel good, a lot of complaints, just everyone is silent
The postal workers are Heroes.But the system treated them meanly . They gave them utility bills. Now everyone is suffering. The post office has become an assistant to the tax collectors.
