The electronic queue, as everywhere else, is for show. If you need to pick up a parcel through an operator, then you have to sit in a huge queue, even though there are several people behind the parcels out of hundreds of coupons. Windows 4, operator 2, eternal crush with all the consequences. Then why separate services when choosing a coupon, if it takes an average of two hours to pay for utilities / pick up a parcel / send a letter?

A disgusting department. It's a complete mess.With three cash desks working (which was 1 time in three years of my visits), a queue of 40-45 people was collected, it took 2h37min to wait.usually there is only one cash register.they lose parcels.notifications are sent to other addresses (the house number is the same, the street is not).the database is not maintained appropriately.the cashier offers to pick up the parcel that arrived, then goes to the warehouse for 25-30 minutes, then returns and reveals that he cannot find the parcel. and does not find it....because it was received 3.5 weeks ago...in general, if you do not have enough communication with employees whose vocabulary consists of the phrases "what else do you want" and "well, how do I know"-come in more often.
