I love this department and its staff. Of course, there are queues during the payment of utility bills, but we must understand that most elderly people cannot use the Internet. And so the girls in the department are super fast!
The staff is very helpful, the girls are just wonderful. Always friendly and fast.
A lot of additional related goods
And next to work .

Good time of day. The post office is within walking distance for residents of the area. Responsible employees. Everything is done quickly and efficiently.
In my house, only on the other side. I used to visit more often, but now the pension is on the card, so much less often. I was satisfied with everything and now there are no complaints.
A good post office, I often visit there: responsive, pleasant workers, despite the heavy workload and different age content, the girls do their job perfectly, although it is obvious that it is difficult..
The best staff I've ever seen in Belpost. Questions are solved quickly, and some girls print registered letters for sending in fractions of seconds. For comparison, I was in other branches, so one letter will be registered, and here there are 5 pieces.
Only two windows are working. To receive the parcel for 2 minutes, you need to stand for two hours. Also, an employee after a break (not lunch) does not serve people, and everyone stands in one window. From the 10th to the 25th, it is better not to visit this place, a "black hole" in time. You can waste your time. There are rude people in the queues.
At the moment, there are good girls working there who work quickly and will always consult on issues. On the days of payment for utilities, there is a queue, there is no electronic queue, so you stand in the common room with parcels. It's sad that in the age of information technology, people can't pay for everything sitting on the couch. Still, mail should have priority for postal services, not for all this nonsense. But you can't change the money))
Professional operators. They print three million characters per minute on the computer))) well, the queue ......well, at the time of pensions or communal apartments, it certainly is. That's why I've been trying to get closer to closing lately
