The post office is open until 20:00. It turns out that you need to take a day off to pick up the parcel, there are no words!!! Please arrange the work in this department already.

I want to leave a very negative review about the work of Belpost couriers in Minsk. I had to use delivery twice and both times it was not delivered on time. The first time we waited two days for the documents, and the second time no one contacted us (the phones for communication were on the parcel, they did not consider it necessary). We are waiting for the parcel back, which will stay with them for 10 days).
We sent postcards and parcels home from Minsk. The postcards arrived in 10 days, the package arrived in 5 days! The service is fast, polite and friendly staff. We need to get a ticket!

The post office gave two options - either you receive and pay for fragility, or you do not receive at all. I decided to receive, because my goods in the parcel were paid for in advance by me.
The post office explained that the package was not packed properly. And the mail machines are not equipped to transport glass.
Why does the post office take on such responsibility for the delivery of fragile parcels if it cannot do this? I think this is a problem with mail that does not know how to work!

I ordered courier delivery to the apartment, three days later at 9.30 am I receive an SMS that delivery is possible from 9 to 13, that is, delivery could be half an hour earlier than SMS. I was waiting for the delivery from 9 to 13 at home, but it never happened. At 17 o'clock, an unknown number calls me and says that they tried to deliver the delivery at 13.30 and now ask for 4.0rubles for repeated delivery, although there was no attempt to deliver the parcel within the specified time, as well as a call from the courier.
