Just a terrible attitude towards customers at the branch on Zvyazda Gazeta Avenue, 55. You always sit in line for more than an hour. At the same time, you come for a parcel in the Republic of Belarus, without paying for utilities or a phone. At the peak, not only are there a lot of people, but one operator always works at a "slow pace". This is the third time I've come and seen the same picture. The ticket was for 18:50, and there were 20 people in front of me. It's 19:54 and there are 3 more people in front of me. This is terrible!!! There are at least 20 people behind me. The post office is open until 20:00. It turns out that you need to take a day off to pick up the parcel, there are no words!!! Please arrange the work in this department already.

I want to leave a very negative review about the work of Belpost couriers in Minsk. I had to use delivery twice and both times it was not delivered on time. The first time we waited two days for the documents, and the second time no one contacted us (the phones for communication were on the parcel, they did not consider it necessary). We are waiting for the parcel back, which will stay with them for 10 days).

I am writing a review in connection with the receipt of a shipment that was sent marked "fragile", but came beaten.
The post office gave two options - either you receive and pay for fragility, or you do not receive at all. I decided to receive, because my goods in the parcel were paid for in advance by me.
The post office explained that the package was not packed properly. And the mail machines are not equipped to transport glass.
Why does the post office take on such responsibility for the delivery of fragile parcels if it cannot do this? I think this is a problem with mail that does not know how to work!

By the way, they sent me a frame with glass. So the glass was not cracked, not broken in one or two places. It was broken into hundreds-thousands(!) of small and large fragments!!!

In July 2024, Yadya, my grandson Ignat and I visited Minsk, lived in the Minsk hotel opposite the post office. And the windows of the room had a beautiful view of the post office.

I was waiting for the delivery from 9 to 13 at home, but it never happened. At 17 o'clock, an unknown number calls me and says that they tried to deliver the delivery at 13.30 and now ask for 4.0rubles for repeated delivery, although there was no attempt to deliver the parcel within the specified time, as well as a call from the courier.
